Unanswered Otc bp supps

I usually take CEL cycle assist and Kyolic cardio formula garlic for bp but it doesn’t seem to help much for DMZ! Planning a dmz cycle in the near future and wanted to see what everyone else uses for otc bp support...
I know there’s plenty of prescription meds, and may end up having to get something like cialis, but for now I’d like to stick to otc supplements if possible.

I don’t usually have a problem with high bp but when I started (and quickly stopped after a couple days) DMZ I immediately felt a high bp spike. Nothing like I’ve had compared to any other cycles. Ran it years ago from CEL (dzine) with no problems...guess I’m getting old or maybe it’s something to do with TRT

I use Hawthorn, and it helps me.
@Hyde has been recommending something that he is very impressed with (although I haven't tried it yet).

Yeah I think cycle assist has hawthorn in it already, it’s definitely good stuff for most cycles

It does.
I always keep an extra bottle. A lot of people struggle with BP taking these steroids. It's hard to take another cap if you don't have any.

Carditone works well. Only downfall is- it puts you in a funk when taken for an extended amount of time.

I take tadalafil. It’s cheap and easy (just like your mom B])

These are the best two non-script options I’m aware of. Besides some kind of nitrates periworkout if you’re hitting the orals then as well, to help counteract the spike. But now you’re talking megapump.

Allegedly Arjuna and pycnogenol will lower bp as well. They don’t seem to be hurting me, but I would try carditone or tada if you need a serious reduction.
