Dim dosage

Alright guys, my nipple got puffier (probably from MK-677) and I was wondering what would the dosage of DIM be if I wanted to lower my estrogen by a lot. I always had high estrogen and I suspect that the IGF-1 increased my prolactin which act hand in hand with estrogen. Any thoughts?

Dim wont do jack squat. Try some SNS inhibit E and if that doesn’t touch it you’ll have to try adex or exemestane

SNS inhibit E and SNS inhibit p. This will take care of either issue

Agreed inhibit P may help as well because MK677 has been known to affect prolactin

This... I always keep SNS inhibit-e on hand when running anything just in case i need it.
