So I recently got ahold of some lgd 4033 through myoresearch and plan on running 5/mg a day for 6 weeks. I was hoping to get advice on what a good OTC AI is to take with it, and I’ve read 5/mg was enough and in other places I’ve read 10/mg is enough. I’ve never taken any pro hormones so I’m trying to be overly cautious.

Run 5mg for the first week just to get a feel for it then go to 10 for the remaining. LGD doesn’t aromatize, but there are still many people who get gyno flare ups on it. So I would pick a bottle of aromasin and run it if needed, no OTC AI actually works. I would also pick up a bottle of dermacrine to help with any lethargy.

always start with the least amount to get the desired effects
Yup, that’s how I’ve always done it too.

Turns out though, my desired effects tend to take a lot more than I expect.

And that’s how I ended up running LgD and osta stacked at 25/45.

I’ve heard OL arimicare is plenty for a low dose, same or ph cycle ? Anyone’s thoughts on this?

I had a really bad reaction to that stuff. Turned a little estrogenic water retention into something resembling a hypertensive crisis.

Yeah, it's a great on cycle support.
OldWitch got some crazy sides from it, but he's the only one I've ever heard of who experienced that.

That seems to be unanimous. I’ll definitely try that.

I had a feeling OTC stuff was bullshit. Not sure if this is allowed but anyone know where I can get this **** online? I workout at home so I’m not flush with connections.

I looked for it, but it looks like some new formula, and at least based on their answered questions, it’s missing some important **** hat the old one had. Thoughts?

You need to do some more research before you jump on this stuff. 6 weeks? 5mg? You may gain 4 pounds, 3 of which will be water. And your PCT?

I’ve read research and have seen those dosages and recommended standards in multiple places now. That’s why I wanted clarification. At this point I’m starting with 5, up to 10 after a week or so. Running for 8 weeks total. And I’ve got iron labs cycle support and arimistane for PCT. lookin into Aromasin in case of Gyno.

And honestly I haven’t seen any clear perfectPCT instructions in my research. And if there is it’s always support for people taking more than just LGD.

For an otc AI, SNS Inhibit E can't be beat. bloodowrk posted here on AM has shown solid reductions in E levels.

FYI, arimistane is in NO WAY a "pct"... pct is a SERM and potentially some ancillary AI, Natty test booster, etc.

I have Arm1care (old version) but im going to use CEL Cycle Support as its time tested and to be honest i havent ever heard a bad word about it. I'll be running Lgd 4033 5 mg with Mk677 10mg. Was going to throw in Rad 140 at 10 mg as well but think ill leave that for later. First time with sarms and have chosen lgd over Halodrol and a 1/4 andro cycle to reduce 'sides'....i hope.

Recommend a natty test booster?
You could throw in something like M-Test alongside your SERM. Ive clomid and will be adding M-Test as well...again lots of positive reviews.

If I took something like nolva along with that M-test you think that’d be enough with the cycle support supp?

Depends on cycle length and dosage. I recall using Nolva for a Dbol cycle some 7 years ago 20/20/10/10 and didnt have a problem recovering. Adding M-Test or whatever natty booster worth its salt can only possibly help in my opinion.

You could run something like MTest, super PCT or kingsblood with it. But I personally wouldn’t spend the extra money as a serm is far superior than any of those mentioned and adding any of those really wouldn’t do much.

A test booster tends to help with libido and overall feeling better. I was a big fan of sustain alpha in my last pct.

Ya I always run Arimicare Pro as my support and love it. I always have an AI on hand though just in case. So far never had to actually use the AI.

Oh yeah. I was just mentioning to someone that nobody should ever start any cycle without a pharma type AI, SERM for PCT, and whatever cycle supports are needed.

Heh heh..... I just repped you (in my mind). LOL

CEL M-Test... Someone just posted bloodwork a couple weeks ago here showing something like a 30% improvement in T levels.

I can say that I just ran super pct and the AI in that is pretty strong!
(It’s the same ingredient in new arimicare)
