Nolvadex sides

Listen I realize I have asked this question but I'm still mystified with the responses that were given. If ran at 20mgs per day for 4 weeks should there be any side effects experienced? Or would it all be mental? The people I have seen online which are particularly women, had horrible sides but ran nolva daily for 2-5 years straight.

Same and i've seen a lot of people does at this dosage with no to minimal sides.
