I don't believe in miracles. Were you taking anything at all to 'deflate like a balloon' and lose 80lbs? If you were eating/living one way and gained a bunch of weight, you must have done something different eating/living to lose a bunch of weight.
You say you developed all these problems in August when "on a bulk". What were you taking for this bulk routine?
I still think the first thing to try is wearing oven mitts and stop beating off for two weeks to see if your stockpile rebuilds naturally. Without the porn, your sleep patterns might improve too. Damn internet porn is ruining the youth of America!
