Recomping on sarms can be done but you’re gonna need to be on them for a while and it’s not easy. I had a great recomp last summer on sarms. Prob gained around 5-7lbs of muscle while getting shredded at the same time.
That being said all I did was work, eat, lift, repeat. It was pretty boring but I was happy with the results and maintained and even got stronger of what I got months after the cycle. That being said I didn’t look as good though.
I ran lgd/rad/and s4. I slowly added compounds in over time and dropped others over 10 weeks. Coming back from that wasn’t awful, but it did suck even with pct. not so much in the physical aspect in terms of changes but the mental aspect made me feel depressed for about a month after. I don’t regret it though
Since you’re worried about vision. S4 isn’t as bad as people make it out to be. But it will mess with your vision at NIGHT in higher doses.
But I would recommend either LGD or RAD with some sort of test base. eat a few hundred cals above maintenance. Towards the end (last 3 weeks) I would just cut though to reveal what you’ve gained.
Personally I like rad more than LGD just cause the strength gains are better and the hardening effect is better. But others like LGD and people say LGD is more of a mass builder and gives you a fuller look. Honestly for me they are both pretty strong. So it’s up to you. I would say LGD is more suppressive than rad though. But honestly they are pretty much on par for the most part.
Here is 2 example cycles you could run for 8 weeks
Lgd: 5/10/10/10/10/10/15/15
Demacrine, androhard, or 4AD as a base. If you’re running any aromatizing bases it would be good to throw in a low dose AI like arimistane just to keep any estrogen related issues down.
Rad: 15/15/15/15/20/20/30/30
Same as above
Pct: nolva: 20/20/10/10
Arimistane 50mg Ed or aromasin eod 12.5mg Weeks 4-8
Any good natty test booster weeks 4-8
