Clear liquid coming from nipples?

So I’m cruising on test at 125 a week and 50mg s4 a day right now, have been for 3 weeks now. No nipple puffiness or sensitivity becuse I am taking 1mg Adex e3d. Today I was feeling my nipples checking for lumps and sensitivity just to make sure, and as I pressed down a little bit of clear liquid came out, almost like what would come out of a zit. Any of y’all know what this could be and how to stop it?
 
Elevated prolactin causes lactation, but I don’t think that your issue is of much concern. It would be more of an issue if they were lactating a lot, especially if they were leaking on their own, and if puffiness was present.

What were you running previously?

It doesn’t have a smell or anything. Is it possible that it could just be water? I am also taking Clenbuterol 2 weeks on 2 weeks off so I’m drying out a ton.
