NATURAL ANABOLICS - DETOX - RAW VEGAN

So be glad I grilled you and brought up nutrition. Because this will make way more of a difference than the difference between a 5x5 and 10-reps.

I gave you the food list. Just say BCAA and EAA is in fruit vegatables yor making me nuts and going threw this detox is making crazy!

Dude, I know this is an emotional topic, but you’re shouting at me in one post and thanking me in the next.

I just told you there’s a vegetarian EAA powder. Even if it was animal derived, it’s still identical in the body, so if your naturopath told you it wasn’t ok because it’s from animals, he’s an absolute quack. But it doesn’t matter, since I just told you where to find a vegetarian source of EAAs.

I’m telling you that you’re NOT entirely f**ked if you use EAAs and manage to minute your caloric deficit. I don’t understand what you don’t get about this. But that means using EAAs and starting to plan what you’ll eat to get sufficient calories. Are avocados, coconuts, and/or olive oil allowed?

My “making you nuts” may have just saved your diet from a muscle perspective. I’d call that a bargain.

Eat some avocados and coconut oil. They’ll help massively in getting sufficient calories and fat. A few tablespoons of coconut oil in your fruit/veggie smoothies with EAAs and you have a balanced meal. Not even kidding, at least not much. Diet saved, just take a good multivitamin with it.

Ok now can someone just tell me if take a natural anabolic supplement while being catabolic would help with muscle loss and strenght? Yes or no? Because i have it already on hand

Oh f you cant handle a little yelling? You deserve it and you deserved the thank you.

I dont know wtf your argueing about. You could of said. Hey A$$H0Le get ur self some bcaas and eaas

It couldn’t hurt from a muscle maintenance perspective, but it’ll be a drop of water in the ocean compared to adding EAAs and getting sufficient calories. There’s your answer...

If I didn’t explain the flaws in your logic and the holes in your diet then telling you the fix wouldn’t stick. Now you know exactly why and what to do. And I can “handle” a little yelling, but not many people will want to help you when you yell at them.

What flaws what holes are you talking about? You took something very simple and argued all day about to say bcca eaa go eat some.

The flaws of not being able to say what your daily protein and caloric intake are. You’re going to be in a huge protein deficit, so you want to minimize your caloric deficit, which means knowing your daily caloric intake and relative maintanence level. If you drop into too big a deficit, which is very possible given your very limited and not nutrient-dense diet, you’ll drop muscle like it’s going out of style. You need to know what to eat to hit a target caloric intake, or no amount or type of training or supplements will be of any use at all.

And if your naturopath tells you not to use vegetarian EAAs, then I’m telling you to they’re a quack. :)

Is thats what you want to argue about? No my naturopath did not say vegetarian EAAs are not to be taken.

Or do you want to argue about hiw f@#$ i am having a uncurable desease and that outside of western medication has no cure.

And that even tho many naturopaths have cure people with medical lab results which i will mention again and again to you. That its all B.S.? You realize you made me repeat my self all day long about everything. I did try to keep this simple. And i still dont understand your need to argue.

And are you allowed to take a multivitamin? If your “doctor” didn’t tell you to take one and recommended this “diet” then they’re beyond irresponsible.

You know what, I’m done. You do you. Go follow a terrible diet and be in a massive caloric deficit for several months while setting yourself up for multiple micro and macronutrient deficiencies as you try to treat this secret disease that is the literal topic of this thread but you haven’t revealed. But you’d be doing yourself a terrible disservice if you don’t follow the advice ITT IMO.

We established my diet. Its really simple. I eat only fruit and leafy greens. Get it? Im F***ED in the gym. You think im going to eat 160 oranges or apples every day to gain muscle?

I just asked what to take in a catabolic state and what type of work out. Something is better then nothing.

And split hairs about whether 5 or 10 reps will be better when you’re getting 20g/day protein and are in a four-digit caloric deficit.

And I told you that using EAAs will make 100x the difference that any variation in rep ranges will... and coconut oil and/or avocados to reach a sufficient caloric intake as well. You’re NOT necessarily f**ked, but only if you take some steps. And add a multivitamin for crying out loud.

And what “incurable” medical condition is cured by a few months of eating basically salads? I’m genuinely curious at this point...

No f**ken Sh*T? No way. I thought that was pretty obvious. Thank you for letting me know. I just have 159 more orangesf to eat before i go to sleep

You didn’t even know what EAAs were before I told you. No one is telling you to eat 159 oranges. You were set on having a woefully insufficient protein intake and trying to make the best of it, and I showed you how to easily minimize the negatives of it with natural vegetarian amino acids. Clearly this was not “obvious” to you or you’d have done it already. Or at least known what EAAs are, what BCAAs are, and that they’re in fruits and vegetables...

I dont supplement BCAAs or EAAs. I know its in food, and No i dont know where the sources are from in supplements, and yes i didnt have a full understanding of BCAAs or EAA because before i got sick ate like a normal person and got results like a normal person

EAAs, coconut oil and/or avocados, and a multivitamin. Add them or don’t. Whatever. You’re welcome.

Cool, i still dont have 1 of my 2 questions answered. Natural anabolic yes or no in a catabolic state to prevent muscle and strenght loss?

Fwiw naturopaths are just mildly educated hippies with an understanding of medical research about as solid as a piece of wet paper.

If you truly do have a legitimate heavy metal issue, see a better doctor.

Following whatever diet you are following is the advice of someone with no real medical background masquerading as intelligent.

Ok i got it. Natural anabolic wont do s***. Supplement BCAAs and EAAs.
BCAAs are EAAs. You’re buying an EAA product that inherently contains BCAAs. If you have natural anabolics already, then you can use them, but they’d likely be better used after this diet is done when you can eat well again. You’d likely get more out of them this way.

Im not going threw this again. On the medical side i just want my medical lab results like everyone else thats gone threw the protocol and got cured. I dont have a heavy metal issue, doctors have a cure for that right? muscleupcrohn has coved what i need to know in regards to the supplement section of anabolicminds.

So what are you detoxifying, if not heavy metals?

The diet they have proposed reeks of someone who has no idea what they're doing or saying. It is terribly designed, not only for your physical well being but your psychological well being as well.

People who make these up should be held liable for malpractice.

I’ve covered how to minimize the detriments of terribly low protein intake. I never said what you’re doing is a good idea to treat what I can only assume is a legitimate and chronic medical condition.

And if you don’t have a heavy metal issue, why is the first post in this thread saying “So I’m going to start a heavy metal detox...”

If you don’t have a heavy metal problem, you don’t need a heavy metal detox...

Ok of course i agree, better use when i can eat well again.

Can you be held liable for malpractice if you’re not an actual doctor?

Yes exactly you definately help with the detriments of a low protein intake. I appreciate it alot :) I realize your concern. The heavy metal detox is just part of the protocol. There are herbal medications involved also. Im sorry at present i dont feel comfortable revealing my condition. Maybe i will when im done. Who knows maybe there are others on this board suffering and unaware of a cure that would benefit from a little info.

Medical lab results proven by many the protocol works. This is all i got to keep me sane guys, but im glad its true.

If you don’t have an issue with heavy metals then you can’t actually do a heavy metal detox though. And the FDA may want to have a word with anyone who claims they can use herbal “medications” to cure a disease.

I know what your doing...

What a bizarre thread. You claim the disease is not curable in one breath but curable in another. Wont take solid advice given to you. Wont reveal whats wrong but want answers how to progress. Just say whats wrong, maybe someone on here has gone through it and can chime in with some help. Dont be so elusive and expect help. And no, a natty builder wont do anything for you. Lets get a grip here

Why do you need to know my disease? Are you a doctor or a naturopath? When it comes to supplements and bodybuilding I have been listening. I got my answers from you meats heads. It was annoying and repetitive, but this is the place to get the answers lol

We may be meatheads, but at least we’re not quacks like it sounds like your naturopath is. What kind of a** asks for help, has people spend their time giving advice that will make a huge difference, and then curses at them, calls them annoying, and calls them meatheads?

sorry I love you *mwahhhhh* for a bunch of big dudes lol some of you are pretty sensitive.

Hey if Donald's curing me so be it.

It’s not sensitive, it’s try to teach you to be a decent human being in online interactions. If you want/expect people to help you, insulting them probably isn’t the best approach...

And you act like you’re already “cured.” Why should any of us even take you seriously or listen to you at all if you won’t tell us what the disease is, what your full plan of treatment is, and what you consider to be cured?
