They are two different types of measurements.
Ml is a measurement of volume. Mg is a measurement of mass.
Mass is the amount of matter an object contains, while volume is how much space it takes up.

If you can state the specific measurements, it can be converted. But without that.... The two cannot be converted to each other.

This. Its like asking how much a cup weighs.
 
20mg per ml >>> so I guess that means one dropper full is one ml which is the 20mg.

How many mg per dropper depends on the size of the dropper.
