Injection Site Swelling Advice

So I just started a new cycle of test and var and three days ago did and injection of 250mg of Test E in my right glute and its been red and swollen for three days with a decent amount of pain and kinda hot to touch. As far as i know it hasnt spread from the original swelling. Cant tell as far as fever feeling goes but Ive been pretty tired too. At what point should i go see a doctor cause the pains getting pretty old and I havent been to the gym since the swelling started. This is a left over vial of Test too that I’ve used before and had no reaction to it like this.
 
I don't know if people imagine the spot is hot because it comes up way too often. I've had some swellings after injection, it's quite normal and I just ride it out. Might hurt slightly and it can kinda numb the muscle like when you've slept on your arm. Completely normal but hey if you feel worried go look it up

I have the problem at times too. Sometimes I think if its inflamed it may feel *slightly warm, and then people get worried... but red and infected is a different warm...its hot. I've got an egg on my delt right now actually lol. The wife was worried so I told her she needed to start doing my sticks. I cant reach those spots like I used to and I'm all wobbly sometimes trying to push the plunger....what I'm getting at is yea, it happens to everyone. Gotta know your body and what to look for.

Yup, not a weed smoker but I have tried it. I'm telling you if you smoke and you have a virgin quad muscle or you havent pinned in ages... I seriously had to drag myself to the kitchen from the bed. It happens if you lay still a long time. My leg kept giving out

No hospital tho haha, felt like my muscle had been ripped off my legs
