HELP WITH BLOAT FIRST CYCLE

On my first cycle of test 600mg each week and 30mg Ed tbol, into the 3rd week now and suffering with abit of bloat I’ve been taking airmidex 0.5 e3d also have nolvadex on hand, when I did my reasearch before my cycle I read that if I take the nolva for a few days it should sort it out, just looking for abit of advice on doseage and should I up the airmidex to 0.5 eod?

What's your diet like? How much water per day?
 
4/5 litres per day of water and on a high carb high calorie diet but it’s clean. But I am having a lot of oats throughout the day so was thinking it could be that?
 
Cut down those oats and drink a bit less water. 3liters Max. You don’t need over a gallon. And you’re drinking a lot more than that. Enough salt? Too much? Not enough? Make sure you’re getting the right amount of sodium and other electrolytes. You want the water IN the muscle.
 
If you’re both pissing like crazy and thirsty thirsty thirsty, then you’re drinking too much water.
 
I know am not having enough sodium and I’ll cut the oats down, cheers lads appreciate it.
Best way to handle this is to make small changes and look for changes in the mirror. It's not a fast process but once you know you're body well enough you won't have to play so many games... you'll have the results toy want at your fingertips
 
Too many carbs and not enough/too much sodium could contribute. Your body will naturally tend to hold more water on test at 600mg. Even with an ai.


Best thing you can do is carb cycle and add in cardio (15-25 min) to continually sweat out excess water.

High carb diet on high estrogen is not smart idea. Cut down carbs, 0.5mg e3d on 600mg of test can t do much, go 1mg e3d, also decrease sodium intake. I would go with less test, my first two cycle I was on 300 mg of test prop with some var and I got really good results...Over and over on all forums about AAS many consider 500mg of test as minimum dose, don t know why. You can grow really nice on 300-350 mg of test + you would get much less estro sides.
 
sweating out excess water can exacerbate the issue as you will be sweating a lot of potassium and that's the issue. you have a sodium and potassium imbalance.
