Gotta admit I never tried 3.0... so you're probably right haha. Sooo many great options though I am sure are very comparable


Just looked at the label and doesn't look like anything special... check out adding MA labs pump to your current pre. That would replicate the creatine and arginine silicate... other than that nothing else really stands out to me!

Haven’t tried it but I’d bet it would be better, the Superpump formula was pretty simple other than the addition of Arginine Silicate.

I am a big fan of Peak O2 and that Myopre formula looks pretty well rounded.

Yeah I was thinking it even looked better. I ordered a tub...will report back
