Hi,
As a preliminary disclaimer :
- No offense to manufacturers using DMHA
- Obviously i speak from my personal experience based on appropriate dosing and frequency of consumption
DMAA :
- low dose : focus and alertness, makes you motivated and happy to push through your workout, eager to perform.
- high dose : euphoria, wrath against weights, surges of demonic energy, turns you in a gym warlord.
After workout : highly motivated and productive, overall feeling good. Risk of crash but manageable.
DMHA :
- low dose : barely any stimulation, boring and yet still elevates heart pressure
- high dose : medium energy, might as well take heavy doses of caffeine alone
After workout : DMHA makes you feel like like a little bitch when it comes down. No energy, feeling tired and super emotive, these are heavy side effects for a disappointing stimulant.
Why would anyone take DMHA when DMAA is still available if you know where to look ?
Also if anyone is using AMP citrate, is it worth trying ?
