I mean they market king with kong and kong is a 5 sarm blend I don’t see the reason why I can’t add 3 sarms

Because king stack of methyls is enough to make your liver go black and you wanna add other things to it... why do you wanna add compounds to a stack that already has so many methyls and that will yield massive gains already?!?

Sarms alone can definitely stress your liver dude. I think adding them wouldn’t give you any benefits. King is strong as **** and you could add 193747482827 compounds there’s so much one can gain dude. your body is gonna take a beating from King already don’t add to it

Honestly the reason I haven’t isn’t cuz pinning scares me it’s that I haven’t found a source I trust. I also understand the risks of running the sarms on top of king but it’s not like it’s gunna put me in a hospital bed

I read a case report of someone that went into full liver failure and almost died of it after like 3 weeks of Super DMZ 2.0 which was like 10 mg of DMZ and 10 mg of Msten. They were like 3 weeks in taking it twice a day. It’s a very easy paper to find.
King has 30 mg DMZ, 20 mg Msten , 20 mg M1A which some consider more toxic than DMZ, plus two more.

Considering that was back when dmz was contaminated with superdrol and msten was contaminated with M1T, yeah this makes some sense, that and people lie, and do stupid things like drink on cycle and lie about it.
Guy had choleostasis for awhile before his liver failed. Idiots do things like that.

Sure, and also there are obviously hudrends of logs out there where people handle them well. You can comb through the medical literature and find things as common as basic antibiotics caused cholestatic liver failure in people without significant risk factors. We know population medicine well (Xyz number of cases of a particular side effect per 1000 people) but we never quite know how an individual will do with something until they take it

If someone went into liver failure over that then something else was in play, but, king is the most overkill rediculous oral I have ever seen

The case report says he wasn’t drinking or anything (sure he could have been though) .Liver metabolism is highly genetic, he likely was one of those rare exceptions that his body didn’t process the compound well. Look at statins, probably one of the most prescribed medications in the US ( carries a 1/100k incidence of drug induced liver injury and a 1/ 1M indidence of liver failure)

And yet I still think it’s OK. It’s DMZ 3.0 in a bigger dose/different ratio with Max LMG and trest added. Not super crazy if you think about it like that.
Though I think one per day is probably good. Not two. Hahaha.
