Dedicated to natural bodybuilders

You post say no to drugs on this thread and then turn around and post a tribute picture to Lou on another thread. But isn’t he a cheater? Why you would even want to acknowledge his accomplishments. You make no sense.

He already covered this. He still respects some of the pro bodybuilders even though they have used gear.

This thread is just to troll people.

Well, I'm a cheater. I train my azz off AND I use gear. I'm not getting close to any of the pro-pics.

What does this tell you?

... I'm lazy and don't know how to train, probably sleep only for 5 hours at night AND my diet is off, right?

I'm done with that "gear shaming". It gives you a certain advantage -but its not a magical pill -mark my words.

i don't believe in ''gear shaming'', in fact i have dedicated many threads to great bodybuilders who were on the juice like arnold, lou ferrigno, markus ruhl, etc, i know they took stuff, and idc, all i'm saying in this thread is that there's more ''glory'' for the natty bodybuilder because he did it the natural way, no cheating, no steroids, no prohormones, no testosterone boosters of any kind, just hard work and dedication throughout many years

Well, the thing is, even IF you use "dark side stuff" genetic dictates the overall outcome. Anyone can use gear -but only a very few get fame. Why? Because its not magic -that's why. My guess is that 99% of the guys with a "poster-idol" body are NOT natty. Why do I guessing this, because I know natty lifters, they don't come near the images YOU are promoting in this log. Not much "glory" for natty's, because they got outclassed by the enhanced bunch.

Its a choice to be natty -or not, nothing else. No glory for either one.

Is being natty more healthy? Maybe...or even probably, up to certain age.

Great inspiration! And even those who used steroids, do not worry, at least you achieved something. You are better than a lot of overweight people I see out there. Let's share some of the stories you have and how you managed to build and end up with the muscles you have displayed in the photo.

Except lying about being natty is objectively worse than just using gear. I played football with a guy in school who was juiced to the gills, then stopped for a little while to compete in a natural show. He passed the drug test because he stopped using for a little, but he was objectively not natty, and he had an unfair advantage over any real natty.

No to mention the people who sell programs and supplements while pretending to be natty prey on uneducated people, tricking them into thinking that the novice teenager can look like him if he only buys his training program and magic supplements.

I get not admitting to using AAS, since it’s illegal, but just don’t mention it at all, or joke about it (good old Cell Tech jokes), but don’t go out of your way to proclaim your fake natty status from the mountaintops. It’s insulting. If there’s one thing worse than a cheater, it’s a cheater who is also a hypocrite.

Well said. This is my point with this whole useless thread. Your choice to use or not but don’t do it and claim you natural , just say nothing. People like ironhands believe the lies.

Suspecting that your post was directed at me:
This gets a bit long -and maybe boring.

I started bodybuilding about 3 years ago. Before that I had a totally sedentary lifestyle and was at 45-50% BF. Blood pressure 220/120, gouty arthritis, triglycerides 750 (!), pronounced left ventricular hypertrophy and on top panic attacks. In other words: I was dying from gluttony and laziness.
The doc prescribed me about 20 different pills. I threw them all in the bin, because I knew what was wrong.

First I had to leave my social environment, the fridge and all other commodities.
Found a private sanatorium, far away from home, where I checked in to get in shape under medical supervision, for one month. It was in Argentina in the mountains. Here they had me on 850kcal/d. I hiked 4-6 miles every day, did aqua-gym and swimming every day too. I paid the equivalent of a brand new medium sized car -BUT, it was worth every penny!
I got down 30lbs and left with the ability to do 13 push ups, one pull up and 30 BW squats.
BP got in range and all blood values too. What remained were the panic attacks and the enlarged heart and a flabby body.
Back home I went religiously to the gym 4-5 days a week and kept a healthy diet. In my spare time I watched instructive workout videos -and got here to AM. A year in, I read about panic attacks and as probable cause low testosterone. See where we going now? I thought very hard about it, knowing it would be TRT forever, talked to my wife and started using.
I regret some of my gear choices. My body responds weird to most AAS. I lactated twice, dried my joints out, got gyno (got rid of most of it using a SERM) and one PH compound, Epistane, left me with chronic knee problems. Now, after 2 years I know what- and how much to take, while staying healthy. Hint: The dosages are tiny. Like 250mg test/w + 25mg winstrol/d ... that's my current "cycle" for 50 days. My enlarged left ventricle is gone now, the doc looked dumbstruck at the echogram of my heart, a few month ago.

Bodybuilding is constantly learning and adapting. The way I immersed myself into this world would suggest, that at some point one knows it all, right? Fail! Here on AM I learn new things every week, switching my training plan around or find new rehab exercises from other members.

Bottom line:
-Test cured my anxiety/panic attacks.
-roids do not substitute laziness
-roids did not get me leaner -or in shape. Diet and disciplined training did -and a expensive private clinic to get a start.
-training on gear feels better -and you see progress faster BUT, if you don't know what you do, it backfires badly.

Please note, if ironhands comes on here and says you cheated I will personally send him 100 virtual face slaps.

Well that’s because he’s an idiot. He obviously has no knowledge of the sport by proof of his refusing to answer any questions. I’ve asked him to post a picture, he’s too shy. I’ve asked him to post his diet including exact macros, he’s too shy. I ask him to post just one routine not copies and pasted from the net that he’s used to develop his incredible physique, he says he’s not sharing his “secrets”. He’s a phony wannabe who hasn’t developed anything. I should just put him on ignore but I hate for teenagers or anyone else for that matter who doesn’t know any better to read his rubbish and find any truth in it.

He is a troll. And yes, I'm a cheater. So what? I'm almost 51 yo, time is running out, the body just does not recover like I'm 20. Should I a: accept it that I'm an old fart and let my penis point to my feet for the rest of my life -but can tell: hey, look at me -I'm all natty? or b: do some roids , feel younger, get stronger and enjoy a proper morning wood again?
:)

That’s my point. It’s your choice and it’s not cheating anything. You busted you’re arse to get where you’re at and I give you nothing but respect for it. There is no easy way.

People who preach about letting nature take it's course are often hypocrites. Few people go through life having never taken advantage of medication or under gone an operation to improve their quality of life. You do what you have to in order to live life to the fullest.

Not that I really care but I throw in my 2 cents. I'm not natural and I don't say that I use gear to anyone but people I trust. Sure some people will get it but a lot are way too blind to understand. I am a little baffled that some people actually think I'm just eating right all the time, granted I work out in a tshirt or long sleeve. I can look at a guy that's doing (one) oral cycle and tell he's on gear because when you are you know how it works. I don't go around bragging or flexing, I'm living a normal life and if people are jealous, if they belive I'm on gear or whatever doesn't bother me the slightest. I will never admit taking gear because its illegal and the more I talk the more I put myself in danger of the law. I haven't heard anyone that I know took gear admit it and I don't blame them, it's like saying I'm taking cocaine.

The only annoying people are those who walk around talking to teenagers claiming they have better genetics than other people and when they can't sit on a chair without stroking their forearms so they can flex their biceps thinking nobody will understand regardless of they use gear or not. Just chill and look good with or without gear.. If you train hard and eat right people will be impressed cause you'll be in better shape than 99% of the people.

Damn it! I use natty boosters. Crap I thought I was natty all these years.

As long as you don’t proclaim (falsely) to the heavens from the mountaintops your nattyness to trick gullible new lifters into buying your garbage products, it’s fine lol.

Last time I asked my wife: "How do I look?" I was flexing until turning blue in front of her. She: "Like a fairground boxer".
Sh1t, that was not what I wanted to hear, damn!
