Swim's cut

When I here about dudes running over a gram..like 1500 a week..either it's super under dosed or...hell I dont know. I cant even imagine. To me thats like someone saying..I run 500 of Anadrol ed. I honestly think 1500 of Tren would kill me...I would just explode in a shaking mess of sweat, paranoia, delusion and libido.

They’re also using only 150mg of test with that. Apparently that’s the way to do it if you want to take huge doses of tren. Trt dose of test with a whole shxtload of tren.

Low test/high tren and mast is supposedly the "magic formula" for guys I know.
 
I remember hearing about a guy that took a good dose (700/wk) of tren....which is half what your talking about....but he stayed on it for 8 months supposedly. Lmao - I think everyone in the grocery store would turn into a large pile of bodies by the time I finished that off

Haha yeah that's for sure high. It almost makes me sick just thinking about it not to mention how far people go to speed up the process of building muscles.
 
Yesterday was the family Christmas party at my girls sisters. Easy 5k in cals. Three big plates of cheesey potatoes...made my heart hurt. Macaroni salad probably a pound of honey baked ham, 10..at least..deviled eggs, egg nog, 0 veggies (aint nobody got time for that) cake, bacon wrapped mushrooms, more bacon, cheese and crackers, smoked sausage, Swedish meatballs (dont know why they call them that chados), cookies and milk, pasta salad, and shrimp with cocktail sauce. No alcohol though..probably the only healthy choice I made. Whats crazy is that this morning it appears that the Tren just transferred all those cals directly to my muscle. Well off to the gym..Im guessing today is going to be one of those crazy strong days. Arms today..and legs cardio and abs. Last arm day, I was doing dumbell curls, with good form, with the 90 pounders.
 
Sounds like that tren is working good for you. You using the superdrol preworkout yet or nah?
 
So..I got a little greedy this morning and pinned 150mgs of the Tren A...instead of the 100 as usual. It was great in the gym. However, later in the day, I found out that 100 is probably my limit. Sweaty, aggression, etc etc etc. Pounded my GF out 4 times already..now sipping a cold one trying to relax. 100 four times a week is my limit. We went shopping in the afternoon, I was dripping sweat, wanted to bang every female I saw (christ, I could smell them), and wanted to fight every dude. I almost lost my sh1t waiting to check out at target...line wasnt moving fast enough i guess. Lesson learned.

So..Im up to 315. Thats like 8 pounds since I started the Tren a little over 2 weeks ago. Not getting fat or holding water...but christ..I look huge. Im actually looking for bigger shirts to wear when I go around my family tomorrow to try to hide some of it. Starting to look very unnatural..45 year old guys dont look like this naturally...I dont care how much you train. Im not being arrogant...but it truly unbelievable how my body is responding and changing right before my eyes.

Nah not really. We put Christmas presents under the tree and we put something kinda like an oat meal outside to pretend Santa is getting a meal for the kids. It's quite like the American Christmas in general besides we don't have turkey instead we have a type of ham we put in the oven for many hours.

I looked it up. Dec 6th is St. Nicholas day in many European countries..and on that day
it is a custom to put children's shoes outside the front door to be filled with presents. A normal American custom is also to cook ham on Christmas. We cooked two this year. One in the oven and one will cook over night in the crock pot with pineapple and brown sugar. I take the crock pot ham down to the homeless shelter and feed the guys and hang out for a few hours. Having lived at the shelter for over a year at one point, I know how much that kind of stuff means to those guys.

Not in Sweden or Scandinavia.. It's more the Germans I think. I've lived in USA and its a bit different, I always had turkey in the south but maybe you do ham too? That's awesome of you to do that for the homeless. My fiance is from South America and I've been giving people money on the street today wishing them merry Christmas. I'm planning on starting some foundation to help the people and the animals living on the street. Big props to you!
 
Where I live santa's sled is pulled by alligators. Dem reindeer get shot if anybody sees them at night.

Today was chest..incline, decline, flat, dumbells, cables, hammer strength...lots of weight...lots of sets to failure. Also did legs..Im doing legs every other day. Tren is dehydrating me pretty quick due to the raised body temp and sweat..resulting in cramping. Also did 30mins cardio, 20mins of abs. All in all..feel good..good energy..good focus and drive. Aggression is manageable..as well as libido. I have also continued taking Bear Strength ment at 45mgs preworkout. Preworkout will be switching to SD at 20mg...maybe 10..not sure yet...sometime next week.
 
Food has been crap holiday food. Havent been watching at all....and friday is my 45th bday...so for sure some cold ones are going down. Still training my ass off..only day I missed was Christmas..there is just so much food laying around...lol.

I also have visable abs...not cut..not a metrosexual..but they are there. Pretty sure im on track to being fairly cut up by beach season..slow and steady. Im not being super strict yet..but when I do..im fairly certain itll come off fast.

The dropping all but test for a month..probably at like 500 ew. Then hitting Test, Tren, Winny, and polishing it off with the last month or so with the T3 and Clen added in.

Anadrol...I blow up pretty bad with it. I might just sit on it.

Just throwing that out there to see what my brothers think.

I know you’re a superhuman beast and all, but maybe don’t go full force 40mg SD right off the bat when you add that in. If it gets ya, oh boy, at that dose if it gets ya, not going to be pretty. Headaches from hell at the very minimum.

Yeah...im gonna start with 10. I remember 15 years ago..I felt like crap on 30 or 40..dont remember. I ran it solo though. Yeah, im starting low. Got a bunch of slin too...not even thinking about that though.

Man you got a hell of a stash. You could run pretty much whatever you want.

Yeah..im still not a heavy runner..I like to do the most with the least. I responde very well to almost all gear..and Im very lucky to have excellent genetics. But this summer, I do..for one time in my life...to go full felged freakshow. Diet, training are not issues for me...Ill press it till Im almost dead. I think its going to be a balancing act with the drugs..adding, lowering, etc...to find levels that produce the results I want. Before a newbie flames me...I have a ton of AIs on hand....and no..I dont take on cycle support. Its worthless unless you can take a few grams of Nac and Tudaca every 4 hours...im cool on the bioscience. Next time you buy milkthistle...just send me the money instead..youll get better results.

Looks like a good time, I run TUDCA, and NAC while on cycle. But, only because I did years of abuse to my liver with Alchohol. And my oldest brother is dying right now of cirrhosis due to years of Alchohol and drug abuse.

Ok...so this happened today. Calorice defecit last 3 days. Yoday i did my normal 2 hours. 35 mins of cadrio...and can only compare what fered to as enter the twilight zone. After cardi0, i lost touch of reality. Legs wouldnt work...speech was sluured...i was fed gluecose tabs...all though not diabetic. This brout me around some. I bascially went full bore...my spelling is stiill off ang eyes are getting beetrt. Its been anout 4 houts since traing. Weigh dropped to 296. Feeling beeter every very full mins. Walking is shanking. Not very coherent. I think i pushed to hard and too dumd. Not a good feeling. Esasy piecey lemon squessy. I jould have know when i was stumbeled around with the free weights.. Easy weights, light food, and cadrio tomorrow. Hell im not 35 anymotre. Hard to put that fire out you know...ya know

Damn man, get some more sugar in you and rest a bit. This looks like either some kind of stroke or your BGL is way too low. Guessing BGL. Get sugar.

First off get some R&R brother! Hope your getting closer to normal swimfan by now.

Now let me say what really sticks out to me....f****ing great stuff! Everyday I go in the gym and my goal is to be unable to drive home (at least immediately) i want to get that little demon in me pushing so hard that the physical goes past the breaking point. Leave it all at the gym....you did that. If I get to your age and I can push that hard I'll be a happy dude. Your commitment, work ethic, discipline..etc really shine in that account. I'm NOT trying to cheer you into an early grave, I'm assuming this is bgl/exhaustion...if you've hurt yourself in a serious way this obviously does not apply. But you get 2 big thumbs up from this guy. Not many can push themselves, by themselves to this degree. Inspiration brother....inspiration

Slow down, big guy. The gym will be there tomorrow and even in a few days. Sounds like part of the problem might be over exertion and dehydration combined with low blood sugar.

Something like this happens to me a couple times a year. Though not this bad. I drink a gallon or two of water and feel better in a couple hours. And then say to myself, “Uhhh...self. Eff the cardio! Push and pull iron! ”

Seriously. You should get checked out by a health professional.

Sounds to me like you don't have patience. It has to be ALL and NOW. Lots of gear -exhaustive workouts -and huge meals.
I don't train as long as you but I figured out:
-less is more (after an awesome workout, take a day-or two off)
-less gear = works better. Reasoning is, your body has a limit. Fertilize a plant to make it grow... use more fertilizer = plant dies, use the optimal amount = optimal growth.
-be patient, you cant build a house in a few weeks

I actually just figured out my meals have been too large for quite awhile. I’m eating half as much twice as often instead. This is good advice.

Probably water mostly. I dropped almost the same amount in 1 week due to sickness and dehydration. It's very possible just not very healthy. Note that I'm much lighter than swim, I was around 220 something at the time. We carry a lot more water than we think.

Agree. More gear often equals more weight and bloat, not more muscle. You'd probably need a bit more than when you started but some people like to double the dosage which is reckless.
