Supplement Companies

Seems like supplement companies are popping up all over the place on my social media feeds. Test boosters with the usual ingredients, yet have misleading names like “Methyl” this or “Andro” that...
Also coming up on Amazon recommended items as well. House of Muscle is one that comes to mind. I even see new threads here as well asking about this lab being legit, etc. I’ve even posted myself. So what’s bunk out there and what isn’t?

Wheybolic. I laughed my @55 off when the GNC guy tried selling me a can for $75. I only go to GNC to laugh tbh

My buddy and his wife spend $200-300 every 4-6 weeks at GNC. He complains about the price. I tell him about online deals but he likes his GNC.

Anything that isn’t a hormone is probably bunk for any kind of anabolism.

Herbal extracts that aren’t standardized are bunk, just powdered leaves. Not really an extract then. Usually ineffective.

Arimestane is a bunk ingredient. Does nothing.

Companies that push these hard are generally selling bunk.

Cyclosomal delivery method is bunk.

Preworkout that doesn’t have any speed in it is bunk.

Too many companies fit this category to name them all.

I was in a mom and pop store recently and the guy working there tried to push some insane product with like 6 different sarms in it. I ask him what he recommends for pct because imagine a stack like that would mess you up pretty good and he hands me a bottle of pills with 1.5g daa, 75mg arimistane, and 300mg dim. I walked out.

The only otc that’s going to work for a heavy duty suppression is going to be either ATD or Formestane, and you have to be very careful how you use them. You can make things a whole lot worse.

Personally I prefer any fast acting steroid I can get, along with about half a gram of cannabis, as a preworkout stimulus.

Off cycle, I tend to avoid the pressor amines dmaa and dmha entirely and go for the stuff with phenylethylamines in it: acacia extract, dendrobium, etc... hydrazine capsules are fantastic for that. Otherwise actual adderall.

What’s the careful way to use them?

Take it throughout the cycle, taper it off after the cycle, don’t take it every day, don’t take the full package dose. They’re each easily comparable to exemestane, except ATD has a reputation for crashing your estrogen entirely. Can happen with any AI really. Using an AI only for pct is tricky business, too far in either direction and you mess it all up.
