Best natural anabolic for strength

Hi,

I am 24 6’ 195 lbs with about 15% body fat. I have been lifting for about 4 years now but more so to stay I’m aesthetic shape for the females. I currently take whey protein, creatine and BCAA but am looking at natural anabolics such as follidrone or anafuse for strength gains to bulk and then am planning a cut in the late spring and summer months.

I have taken erase pro before and liked the lean look so will take that down the road but does anyone have suggestions to really gain strength in my deadlift, bench and squat? I’d rather stay natural and not need a PCT or risk a decline in natural test after taking a product.

Thanks,
Stork

Laxogenin for sure. When I came back to training this year that was the first thing I tried after about a month. Really increased the pump effect and I seemed to add a plate on every lift the first week I used it. However that’s not much of an achievement really in context. I also believe once I increased my dose to double the label amount was when it really took effect noticeably. I ended up taking triple the label amount, 600mg total per day. Two tabs three times a day. Hi Tech Laxogenin.

It’s not all that strong though, even at the triple dose. Zero nutrient partitioning effect, as well. I wanted to gain some weight, and I gained 20lbs in one month on 600mg laxogenin. BUT I’m sure at least half of it was visceral fat, because I lost my ability to do a deep vacuum pose. Kind of really not great if you’re a bodybuilder. I’m sure it’s fine if you’re a strength athlete.

Comparisons to anavar are misleading, anavar has amazing strength gains and pumps. Laxogenin has decent pumps, and minimum strength gains. Noticeable for sure but minimal. Probably the only natural product besides creatine that can increase your strength just by merit of taking it.

Oh, it will keep your pump going a lot longer, sometimes all day, which helps you look better in general.

Seems like the good stuff they don’t make anymore. USP labs prime was good for strength. I know people loved anabeta but it’s gone too.

I hear a lot of these new anabolic are good for getting leaner, increasing hunger and helping put on mass but I don’t hear many mentions about strength gains.

Best lean bulker on the market is Vector. Stacks great with Folidrone. Marcia is going to be logging Vector soon. She will let us know when she starts logging through this thread:

Tons of other logs available as well.

Thanks guys. Have heard about Vector but the claims make it seem too good to be true without any potential side effects on hormones. Specially that it is better than Osta

Yeah most natty anabolics are appetite stimulants stacked with nutrient partitioning agents of some kind. Or in the case of vector a mushroom extract that does both of those things.

Laxogenin actually acts on androgen receptors, so it can directly increase strength.

Currently using true shred. Might explain how I’ve maintained strength while cutting.

I said the results were similar to what one would get from a 10-15mg Osta run. All day...every day.

Vector is not hormonal in anyway. It does not to be cycled. I believe it produces the most and leanest gains of anything else natural.

Different products completely. Folidrone compares to anafuse.

This. Anafuse is epicatechin and laxogenin so it compares with follidrone when it comes to natty products. Vector has different ingredients so it'd be comparing oranges to apples. Both great natty products though and worth a try if you haven't tried either of them.

As soon as I get the products I’ll start the log. Full disclosure - it’s going to be sponsored.

Programming and sticking to a template is the best way to increase your compound movements.

However, if you’re not already I would at the minimum take creatine (either Monohydrate or HCI or MCC if you have GI distress or “bloat”). My only other recommendation would be ArA w/gms and a carnitine salt.

Creatines-

HCI - https://seriousnutritionsolutions.com/product/creatine-hcl/
MCC - https://seriousnutritionsolutions.com/product/magnesium-creatine-chelate/

ArA- https://seriousnutritionsolutions.com/product/magnesium-creatine-chelate/
GMS - https://seriousnutritionsolutions.com/product/creatine-hcl/
Carnitine - https://seriousnutritionsolutions.com/product/magnesium-creatine-chelate/

*you could find these cheaper if you google but the vendor webpage typically gives the best information and write-ups

Solid list and truth
A natural supplement will only take you so far. If you want to get stronger you need to train that way. Try a power lifting program like 5/3/1 for a few months and watch your numbers rise steadily

Is it necessary to take anything with or after ArA? I have read some things in joint pain so I am assuming a good fish oil could help

Just make sure you take the fish oil away from your ara dose
I usually take my fish oil at night time before bed if I am dosing ara

No, it’s not necessary but like bloodmanor said, just make sure to take the fish oil 4-6 hours away from the ara.

I personally didn’t notice to much as far as joint “pain” goes.

Oral ARA works very well if your system can handle the inflammation (the type and level of inflammation is beyond something fish oil can help imo and experience). Top Muscle by evomuse contains a large dose of ARA and is topical - meaning you can isolate most of the inflammation to muscle (by only applying to the muscle) instead of having the inflammation system wide. It also contains a number of other ingedients. It's an amazing product and has really brought ARA to the next level.

for laxogenin I recommend iconogenin, admittedly I haven't tried many laxo products but I get nice results from iconogenin and if it aint broke....

I would add MassMax to the conversation. I have ran it 2x now, and both times I noticed strength increase. Most users notice 5-7lb weight increase as well. I used it during a cut both times, so I didn't see those numbers. I did go up about 2-3 lbs if I recall, with definite increased muscle visibility and hardness.

Personally the Rhaponticum and Epicatechin combo makes my strength increase in very high reps, vs lower reps. Sounds weird right? lol

Like said above first thing that comes to my mind is ARA and/or MassMax.
