That's why I do back biceps and forearms on monday. Or leg stuff. Chest is impossible on Mondays unless I do it at home

You guys should take a trip to my gym. It's in an old church with staind glass windows, an altar, all that stuff...but its total blood and guts. 45000 sq ft..and never anyone there. 5 huge rooms of free weights, a cardio room..a dungeon PL room..and literally..always empty. So empty, I can set up like 5 different exercises and superset them till I puke without bothering a soul. One of the benches is on the altar, under a crucifix, with the light shinning through the staind glass..cool AF.

I train usually 24 days straight before I take a day off lol I do my 4 day then repeat. I recover very wckly while others it takes them longer. And we never do everything optimal - from eating to training , when you leave the gym look back and ask yourself could I of done more? If you said no then you are lying to yourself.
That also includes eating - we all enjoy the occasional drink and fried crap

Chill bro. I don't count macros, not even calories (only on a cut), and my training is messed up half the time bc of work and stress. There are times to push and be organised and times when it all goes to the back seat. Don't let fitness control you, I agree.

Dude, thats closer to an Upper/Lower than a bro split. Add in your accessory work + your doing that 24 days straight...I wouldnt call that a bro split in any traditional sense. Hell, Id say its closer to PHAT, at its core, than a bro split.

A traditional bro split will "undertrain" legs relative to upper body. No way youre doing that.

I agree bro splits are weak but if someone sticks to it and enjoys it,it’s better than nothing
