Strong Supplements Locker Room Talk

I've seen some suggestions for stacking true shred with muscle sculptor. Any other products you guys would suggest?

I think it would be great with fd2, means you can still eat a little more and stay lean, I could never put on pounds with fd2 even in a caloric surplus and it was the same for many others when they took it

You couldn't put on weight even in surplus? Do you have a hard gainer body type like an ectomorph? I think I am more of a mesomorph - endomorph.

Try fd2 and you'll know what I mean, makes you lean looking and keeps you lean looking, great staple.
After I did 4 months of blr Vector I started gaining, finished my last tub vector and started fd2 again at a surplus and started losing any fat I had gained, its great stuff

Yeah they’re both great products but fd2 on a cut/recomp is a must for me. Ran it 3 or 4 times since it’s release at 8 weeks a pop and it never lets me down

Same here. IMO you can never go wrong with FD2.0.

Any new feedback on the new Sup3r Pct.
thebigt basically said it was top notch especially the new e-blocker in it.

About a week ago I asked him to expand on his thoughts, here's what he said:

"well 1st off I've been on trt for 10 years now and occasionally get bloat/puffiness. for the last 6 months I have been rotating dermacrine/sustain alpha/7,8 benzo and virtus-no bloat or puffiness. I've been on a break from those supps for a couple of weeks and had started to see bloat/puffiness starting....then I started sup3r pct-bloat/puffiness is not completely gone but day by day it is decreasing.

my estrogen never gets out of range to warrant a prescription AI but when you workout and keep in shape bloat and puffiness can sure dampen your day.

hope that helps explain!!!"

thebigt was running it and was very impressed. Maybe he can give us an update as it should be week 3 or 4 iirc

I think today is day 13 or somewhere in that ballpark....I know several guys were mentioning 'mud butt', I haven't got that but I have added an extra poop on a pretty regular basis....that would be the only thing that could come close to a negative and to be honest I actually think of it as a good thing...

mood Is elevated, I even have more patience with stupid drivers. I feel like I have more energy, love it. feel really good. libido is very good, I expected it to be this way because of the fadogia and it hasn't let me down[pun intended]. even seen some leaning, I think I've dropped some water weight....unfortunately after 10 years on trt my loads are still mostly dribbles, maybe felt like some increase-but on the plus side sensitivity is increased without affecting control.

and there you have it...

Good Information !!

Thanks guys. I receives my today. But plan to start really low and only dose prior to bed. Again its because I am very estrogen sensitive.

I am planning to add a dose of cel m-test to my 8 caps split into 2 doses of sup3r pct for the extra fadogia and macuna.

I too am running M-Test split into morning and suppertime dosing. Now Sup3r Pct will be added an hour or so prior to bed at a lower dose. 2 things I wanna avoid is negative impact on mood and lower libido which are both on a high now.

hey man, I know what you are saying...my addictive nature always wants more of a good thing. I think a couple of sup3r pct caps added at bedtime might be a nice boost-if not save for another time.

Agreed. A couple caps might keep you feeling good like you currently are. Just feel it out and adjust accordingly.

Any of you guys use fish oils or clas during cutting? Useful or no?

I always take fish oil.

Most will tell you CLA is useless.

Ive tried it and i feel like im a bit tighter around the midsection when i use it, but that could hust be in my head. Probably not worth the cost, though.

This on CLA. Some benefit but there are other products that are much more effective. Fish oil year round but not for fat loss.

I take fish oil year round for the health and joint benefits.

Same. I’ve been taking fish oil year round for a couple years now and I can really tell my joints aren’t as sore and achy when I take it.

I use fish oils all year long, one of the most important supplements we can take to balance our fat ratios.

I remember reading Americans on average have a 20:1 omega 6:3 ratio when it's supposed to be closer to 2:1.

That American diet will get ya.

lol...the American diet sucks...I bet asians don't need much fish oil.

They probably get most of their fish oil from diet alone. I need to eat more fish but I just like my chicken and beef too much:)

I like most should eat more Fish, maybe I'l have salmon for diner tonight !!

Yea I actually think the asian diet is almost perfect with regards to fat ratios. They typically eat a lot of fish so its already high in omega 3's.

I personally try to get in half an avocado a day and usually some whole eggs.

How do you guys usually manage your diet?

Are you very strict on macro tracking?

I used to be but now I just make sure I am getting enough protein in and don't concern myself too much with my fat and carb ratio, just make sure my total calories are in alignment with whatever my current goal is.

I lived in southeast asia for 7 years, the healthiest my diet has ever been.

Same as well. I use to be more precise and nailed down my exact macros but now it’s just about getting in enough protein for my goals.

Nice list, I've been considering trying radiate soon.

It’s some potent stuff. One of the best formulated stim fat burners on the market

I usually try to stay around 2000 cals, as my app projects my RDA at 2500. I'm an endo for sure, so I have to try to keep a deficit most days as I gain weight fast.
I work out 4 days a week for about 2 hours, M,T,Th,F, and have rest or make up days on w, sat, sun.
It's much easier, for me, to keep a good 1000, 1500 cal deficit on my workout days. But on my days off I try to manage a smaller deficit, but if I go a little overboard, I at least try to keep my carbs <or equal to my protein intake, with fat btwn 25% and 30% .
I switched to more of a recomp mindset for the holidays, to mix things up a little and turn some fat into muscle so that when I start to really cut again, I can hopefully break my plateau and lean out more.
I was cutting hard for about 6 months prior, and managed to drop from my all time fattest, 320lbs, to 245lbs, lost 12 inches off my waist, and have been very consistent with my workout schedule. And I'm finally looking much more aesthetically appealing, imo.
I've also been intermittent fasting which along with many other benefits, helps me to really limit daily calories. But yeah, I track macros pretty close just to make sure they are not getting out of control.

At the start of the new year a lot of people make a New Years resolution to getting shredded this coming year! Glad the top fat burners list is out for 2019!

My #1 will be True Shred

My #1 will be True Shred
definitely gonna be in my next stack, It really helped me lose alot of that weight.
I also thought about trying out Muscle Sculpter or Fitthroid to enhance the shred even more.
I'm leaning towards MS because TS already has T2, and from what I've read about MS, is that it helps to build muscle while leaning out.
At 250 now 5'10, I would like to get to 200, but would definitely be ok at a lean muscular 225.
Any suggestions?

Yeah if your uncomfortable dosing t2 that high muscle sculptor would be a great addition. Nice blend of stim boost/appetite suppressant/fat loss.

I started last month. Better early than late. Can hopefully up my calories and grow into summer rather than cutting until i board the plane to Spain.

Nice work man! You lost a small child in fat there!

One BLR product that is under-rated is Letrone. For an AI it works incredibly well. I was going to post the link from my review I did on SR but alas I am too new to the forum here. I loved this stuff. If you do venture over to SR, I have the only review for Letrone their, its under same username. I need to try out more of BLRs products.

More like 2! lol.
Thanks, I plan on posting pics of the transformation, but I wanna really get to my ultimate goal first.
But I'll have interval pics to show the progression over time. And details of how I got back to my desired weight. Maybe I can help inspire someone else the way this forum has been such an inspiration in my life.

This is what it’s all about. Looking forward to the pics and that’s amazing progress. Definitely inspirational bro
