Physical scheduled this week. Blood draw at 845am. Usually train at 515-7am.
This is for test levels, etc.
Ok to train before the blood draw or will it skew values?
I would say don't train before. Intensity gives slight spike on test levels. So does winning the lottery, feeling success, getting a girl etc. But I'm not sure at what scale and if it reallt matters or not. But better be safe than sorry!
ive done it plenty of times. If you feel dizzy afterwards just wait and eat something. ive never felt dizzy , did an intense training session, went to blood mobile, gave a pint. walked out drove home, went in to work.
This. And I’d skip the workout and get a good night sleep during the time you typically workout. That way your test levels will be indicative of their natural high when you just wake up. Waking up at 5 and not having it tested until 9ish can alter it a bit... I suppose the workout can as well. I’d just get some extra sleep and skip the workout for the most accurate assessment.
