Depression on TRT AGAIN

So I’ve had this issue before with a much higher dose of test. I took my weekly 110mg shot this morning and now I feel sad as hell for no reason! I can’t stand this. Usually I feel great through the week but every once in awhile I’ll be hit with depression the day of my shot a few hours after and it hits me like a truck. Maybe it’s my estrogen spiking? I’m not on an AI or HCG right now.
Also I’ve noticed when I was put on 80mg when I started this I was horny all the time, full of energy, felt rather good you know? Now I’m not getting that feeling. Tired through the week and when me and my girl are getting intimate my orgasms are weak as hell, barely feel anything. When I started I was so sensitive I’d nut and have to go to sleep afterward lmao. Anyways, I’m thinking maybe my estrogen is spiking? Last time I did a rather high dose, I was like manic for the next 24 hours just sad and anxious. Can someone please help me out? I don’t want to give up on TRT and have to go back to being a low T guy, life was so hard then.
 
I’d get bloodwork to see where everything is currently at. How many times do you pin per week? Maybe going twice a week would help if you aren’t already. I’d mention it to your doctor as well to get their opinion.

I do 100mg once a week as of right now. I saw my doc earlier today and he doesn’t want to do any labs til 7 days after my shot but if my estrogen is raised right now, then it might be time for an AI right? Do you take your AI the day of your shot?

I take my ai the same day I pin, 2x a week, but not everyone needs one. I think pinning twice a week would be better though; it would prevent unnecessary spiking of other hormones, and more steady levels.

Well this other TRT company wants me on 200mg and I’d work up to that dose with a Monday/Thursday split but I’d probably take my AI same day twice a week. I feel fine now but man I felt like trash earlier today after my shot and I’m guessing that’s due to aromatization spiking my E. I’m very curious about the libido thing though.

Yea idk man, bloodwork will uncover the issue hopefully.
