AI dosing on 500 mg/ week test cycle

Hey yall,

I am starting my next cycle on Monday and cant recall what i did last time.

Do yall dose your AI day after first pin, day after second pin, week after first pin, or two weeks after first pin?

My test shouldnt be elevated until 2 weeks after, therefore not aromatizing until then? That said, do AI’s take effect immediately or do they take about a week or two like test?

I run it from second week of test cycle, many run it from first week. My friend is pro bb and he never use AI from start, he just has it "on hand" so if estro sides comes up he will start AI. Good luck with your cycle

Your test will be elevated from the first day lol not after two weeks...

Tapper up the Ai if you want. Also depends on what you have, type 1 or 2 Ai.

You might not even need AI. Don't take it unless you do. Clinically, it's shown that for a majority of men up to 600mg of test C or E a week is the threshold for high estrogen effects. So unless you're above 500mg a week, you likely don't need anything extra.

Now, everyone is different, and studies only give us a window to look through and grasp the bigger picture. Anyone could be an outlier.

Just wait. If sides show then take the AI. Especially if you want to lift heavier than usual on this cycle you don't want to have crashed estrogen and try to deadlift a new PR that's how you get hurt

With 500mg's test, I'm at 22 e2 with aromasin at 12.5mg ed... I think, I'll check tomorrow my notes if you wish.

For me, elevated e2, not by much, gives me acne very fast, it worsen's my slight gyno and my sex drives goes way down. My sex drive is best at around 20 - 25 e2. Also I am by no means a fan of the look, that high e2 gives you. Others may have other problems, so I don't really see a point in curing the problems when you can prevent them. Sure estrogen helps with gains a bit, but is it worth it? Well ... I guess that will depend on every individual differently. For me it's the pre-emptive option.

The only side effect of higher e2 that I actually like is beeing more emotive, emotional. That really helps me with my work.

You need estrogen for muscle growth.
Also low estrogen makes the muscles tighter and drier.
I used deadlifting as an example.
Not sure what you thought was funny?
If you want to start taking an AI 2 weeks into your cycle go for it.
Low estrogen can lead to problems. Just like high estrogen is bad.

Estrogen is very important for muscle building and generally for male health, its much better to have slighty higher estrogen than to crash it. Not to mention joints on low estrogen levels, especially if you training with heavy weights you will most likely have some problems with injuries.

Nahh bro i appreciate the advice. Just didnt really relate estrogen levels to injuries but i can see the relationship now. I got a lot of muscle cramps and i did get a chest injury during my first cycle so that could very well be the reasoning.

very well could have been that's why most people on this thread are going to tell you to use as little AI as you have to especially if you'll be lifting heavy. Since your avatar was a picture of you deadlifting I assumed you deadlift and wanted to deadlift heavier so just don't crash your estrogen bro.
