Not able to login on the app

I can login into the forum via a browser however, every time I want to login to the app it rejects giving an error Forum SSO Error 2.

I’m using the 2018 iPad Pro with iOS 12.1

Please help...Thanks

Actually over the last year or so i have installed the app quite a few times on different iOS devices hoping that it would work but i have never been able to login using my username and password.

Just got this new iPad and tried again and same error message.

Try to reset your password from desktop and try again. Haven’t heard of anyone else having this issue, especially not dating back this far.

Same problem here. Not sure if it’s something related to the country I live in. Been going on for more than 10months now. So, I just use my browser though it’s a hassle.
 
Yup does not work on my android phone either Ari Gold

In fact it has never worked for me no matter what device I use

Does the app only work in the US and Europe or there are no such restrictions?
