clenbuterol questions and sides

Hi all,

I had a question about clen, I am injured with a herniated disk and am doing light weight workouts to stay in shape, however I am also gaining fat, as I am not running or getting cardio in. I was wondering if I ran clen on a LOW LOW dose if it would be effective to help me target fat loss and avoid sides like the shakes.. please help! curious to know...

Honestly you could do boldenone, eat at a deficit and still keep your muscle.

Honestly bro just eat less....it’s a myth you need cardio for fat loss. Anything will achieve fat loss in a calorie deficit.

Personally I think LISS cardio is best used for its beneficial blood pressure effect.

In your shoes I’d be going high protein, moderate fat and low carb with a 200-300 calorie deficit.

Don’t low dose clen

Agreed. Cardio is best for general health. Not necessary for fat loss but good for anabolic users in general. I’d say necessary in that regard
 
Sides... Rapid heartbeat, lack of appetite, excessive sweating, tremors, insomnia, sweating, night sweats, heart palpitation, and sweating.

Cramps is insanely common even in the throat haha. Stay away from Clen, my opinion

I agree with this 100%. Ran this layout over the summer to do a cut before starting my first IM cycle. Using this method and still lifting 4 days a week with no cardio I dropped from 225 to 195 while maintaining the majority of my strength. I wasn't taking anything when I did it.
