Looking for advice for a newbie

I have been working out fairly regularly for over 10 years and about a year ago I was encouraged to try sarms for the first time by a friend. With little to know knowledge I did a cycle of some ridiculously strong compounds (as you can see from my last post) and had some rough side effects. Had some minor gyno occur which went away after a way to late cycle of clomid (I didnt fully understand the importance of pct) lost all the gains and had issues with my sex drive for a couple of months. Im fully recovered now, and even with the bad experience behind me I am very interested in trying a safe cycle. Im looking for any advice from you guys as to what might be a safe cycle for someone who has had the side effects I had in the past. Any advice is appreciated and I know I was a dumbass the first time around

Ill post a picture of the ingredients it is was quite harsh.. and yes I know it was very stupid. I did this for 6 weeks f/b some crap natural pct my buddy recommended.

Run single compounds like Epi, Hdrol, or DMZ with proper cycle assist and pct. You
will be fine. You just ran a harsh stack for your first walk on the wild side.

To be fair, you asked for help last time, and just blew it off.
It sounds like you're probably going to actually listen this time though.

I agree with Mikey. Run a single compound, with proper on cycle support, and SERM PCT.
And personally, I'd avoid any coumpounds that have a decent chance of causing any gyno symptoms, since you've had issues with that before.

Thanks for the advice and yes I will definitely take it seriously this time. I had my friend insisting that it was safe and he does 2 month cycles of the stuff so I stupidly listened. What single coumpounds have less of a chance of the estrogen rebound and gyno?

IMO, I would stay away from 19-Nors.
I personally like Var, if you can find a legitimate source.

DMZ, IMO. Never had gyno rebound from that. HDrol had gyno once, but that was when I didnt take PCT. You are safe with either. Like Renew said, Var is really the king tut, but you need to run something with it anyhow. Dont worry about Gyno if you run proper PCT or AI.

Whats wrong with tried and true Test E 500 a week? Safest most reliable least chance of screwing yourself up. 16 to 20 weeks followed by some nolva. Easy peasy

This if you can get a legit source can even run for 12 weeks and get great results.

I just hooked my friend up with his first cycle. 500 test E 16 weeks. Dude was a 270 pound beast to begin with, eating chicken every 2 hours and lifting like an animal. 2 months later hes 310 pound beast with less body fat. Your first test only cycle can be absolutely amazing if you take it seriously...like no other cycle you will ever run.

Turinabol is a pretty good compound with low side effects; might be worth looking into

Im going to check out what the Turinabol is all about. As far as the test E, I have no idea how to even get my hands in it. I want to make sure I do this right this time around. If I were to use one of these single compounds, should I start my PCT immediatly after finishing the cycle? I dont have any legit source of info as my friend who hooked me up with that original stack clearly doesnt know what hes talking about.

Yea, if you ran an oral only cycle, then you’d start pct immediately after the cycle. Sourcing isn’t really hard; just spend some time searching reviews on sources to decide which one looks best.

Tbol for sure is a good bet but if you can get that you’ll probably get test e at the same place brother.

As Swimfan says, test e 500 a week is a great shout

Ok I think Im going to give the dmz a shot and take it solo for a 4 week cycle. Have nolva on hand already. Im going to wait a month to start, so I can pick up the intensity on my workouts before hand to get the most from it. Ill let you guys know how it goes

The test E seems like a good idea but way to sketchy to buy from all the sources I located but ill look in to that in the future
