Post cycle advice and bloodwork

7 1/2 weeks of 1-Testosterone™ by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals
2 pills per day (220mg/day)

I saw some gains in size, but I've also been eating extremely well (meal prep almost every meal, over 200g protein per day) and drastically increased my volume (prior to cycle). So it's hard to gauge how much the product helped over what my normal gains would have been, but the gains did come faster than off cycle. I didn't notice a drastic increase in strength, but my bench 8 rep max probably increased by 15 pounds.

Any feedback on the blood work? I got this done 2 days after cycle ended after 2 days of clomid and OL Super PCT. I've done 2 cycles of Halodrol before this and the blood work on that looked worse than this. I also notice my Test stayed within the "normal" range.

Question: With my Test at ~300 will I love muscle if I do hard sessions in the gym? I want to crush teh gym, I feel fine, but I hear after a cycle ends you aren't supposed to hit it hard because of the low Test

My thoughts are that at the dosage and duration you used that 1-testosterone, it did little, if anything, to contribute to your gains.

You'll want to keep up the intensity and poundages as best you can. Backing off on your training and lifting like a pansy isn't going to provide your body much incentive to continue making or maintain the gains you've realized these past 7-8 weeks.

Do your PCT but as I said above, I'm not convinced you were getting much of a boost from that dose of 1-test, so keep training like you have been. You might back off the volume in the coming weeks (if it was increased to the extent that you've been essentially overreaching), but keep strength gains/weight on the bar a priority.

Thanks for the response! I don't think I'll go with that product again. It's called 1-Testosterone but it's really 1-Androsterone aka 1-androstene-3b-ol-17-one and a 2 step process from my understanding. It's disappointing I dropped a decent amount of money on the cycle.

I'm glad to hear that a lot of my gains came from my hard work and proper diet! I'm also glad I get to continue crushing the gym, thanks again!
