Gear for healing

I tore some tendons in my shoulder and dislocated it awhile back and I’ve had pain ever since. Is there anything out there that could heal it or make it feel better? I’ve tried so much and my ****ty workout tonight was the last straw.

If it is that bad, you probably need an MRI to determine if what your issue is can only be fixed by surgery.

Bpc157, ostarine, mk677 I think all have some potential. Not an expert, so maybe somebody else will chime in.

That said, have you seen a doc about this?

Yeah I’ve been to a doc. They just told me it can come with the territory after an injury like I had. I don’t believe that.

Deca would help..as well growth

Hard to beat the combo of bpc157 and tb500. I'm about to give it a try myself.

Everything is where it’s supposed to be according to my doctors. They think it’s a cartilage issue but they said there isn’t anything that needs done about it.

Can anyone school me on bpc?

Bpc is better for joints, tendons, ligaments, etc while tb500 is better for muscles. Bpc is more localized (requires injections near/at the injury site) while tb500 is more systematic. Here some links to read up a bit on. Invalid Link Removed

Deca synthesizes colagen fibers of all 3 types. Type 1, 2 and 3. This is important bc what you need is type 1. Stuff like anavar that gets recommended usually for tendons actually only helps create type 3 which doesn't help.

Other thing would be high doses of GH. Either peptides cjc1295dac 4mg e5d + mk677 if you can stand it or just exogenous GH but imo peptides are better.

Also have you heard of PRP? Plateleth rich plasma therapy. Google it.

Also bpc and bp offcourse.

How long ago did you dislocate it? I’ve dislocated both shoulders. My most recent one was 6 months ago and I’m still healing. But I’m now at the point where I can basically do every lift, I just have to be very cautious and work my way up to heavy weight.

It’s been about 9-10 months. I’m able to lift, just not very comfortably.
