I haven’t heard that reported before but if laxo eases joint pain because it’s anti-inflammatory then it’s perceivable that if you usually have excessive inflammation then laxo could also help you sleep better
I think it also depends on where you get the laxo or epi. imo, oral laxo is garbage. Transdermal actually works - Icongenin is the best followed by Dermastrength. For epi - I have tried them all and Folidrone is the one that works hands down better than the others. However, this is due to other ingedients and the wicked good epi extract.
In the couple of times I have used it, I have seen nothing from lack orally. Most of the logs I have seen on am have shown the same results. If you want to use laxo, td seems to be the way to go.
