LGD PCT and waiting period between cycle

Hey I’m wondering what sort of pct should be taken for a 12 week lgd 4033 cycle at 10ml a day? currently 6 weeks in and everything is going sweet.

I’m also after some sort of cortisol control during my pct if anyone has any recomendations.

Also planning to do a 8 week test only cycle at 500mg a week some time after the lgd cycle. How long should after I finish this pct before doing another cycle?

Usually off time equals your cycle length and pct

But in your case not sure as this would be 12weeks+4weeks pct = 16 weeks

Definitely u will need clomid or nolva for pct
With natty test booster

What kind of results u got so far and where did you get LGD from and what brand you are running
 
What would you run nolva and clomid at each day? And any suggestions for natty test booster?

Sarms are from performance clinics aus,
So far 3 kilos up but looking a lot fuller and a lot more vascular , huge difference in training and my strength aswell
 
As above, time off should equal time on for safety. Rich Piana said time off should be DOUBLE time on.

HOWEVER not everyone is the same and some guys, especially early on in PED use, can get away with taking shorter breaks, switching compounds, and bridging. ALTHOUGH a proper break equaling time on should be seen and full pct should be done after. Think of this as one long cycle if done that way. Meaning if you spend a year not taking longer than a month break between 12 week cycles of SARMS, then you should take at least an eight month break after pct.

I did Clomid before for 4 weeks 50/50/25/25

I think some people add additional 2 weeks 12.5mg for long cycles

Nolva Usually dosed 40/40/20/20

You can check around here many test boosters were recommended by others

All I can recall now kings blood, m test, Alpha max, etc...
