So to keep things short, when I get my shot at the beginning of the week I feel great for awhile and my workouts are awesome but towards the end of the week (like today) I start unintentionally sleeping in til like 1pm, my drive isn’t really as there as usual, and I feel like my lifts go down quite a bit. Like 305 on my DL (365 with a belt is my max rn) raw wasn’t so much heavy as it was a struggle. Kinda like I have the strength but I’m tired and can’t tap into it like usual. I’m only on 80mg a week and I feel so much better than I did before starting TRT but I’ve only been on for 3 weeks so I don’t think my doc will be up to letting me pin twice a week yet so I’m not sure what to do for the last bit of the week for energy and my strength drop.
