Ok ive read so many studies on caradine the main concern is cancer growth but in others its proven wrong. Only one human study in Australia i beileve for 6 weeks. Many people beileve it was just the extreme doses that cause cancer growth. Studies also show moderate doses and cycled can supress it. So looking for some more opinions or facts i be overlooking and simply havent found i absolutely do not know everything. Im just an avid reader please help guys!!

Very limited human research; a few studies with no more than 10mg/day; way too short to evaluate cancer risk for humans.

Multiple rodent studies used doses that were not that high (human equivalent of as low as ~40mg/day, often the lowest dose tested) and noted increased cancer growth/incidence in rodents that were predisposed to cancer growth, but did not have it before the study.

The only research showing it can “suppress” or “prevent” cancer was in vitro (not in actual live organisms), so is far from conclusive.

You form your own opinion, but GSK and Ligand both abandoned development on the drug completely.

Really bro, this subject was already beat to death in at least 1 other thread I can think of on this site. You should do a search here.

Yeah was thinking exactly this - there’s a number of other threads that cover this in so much detail already....

Long story short: no one knows, you’re taking a risk putting this into your body. You have to determine whether or not the benefits outweigh the risks. Now I see dudes running this for long periods of time at 20mg ED. Imo that’s prob not smart. The problem is that people haven’t been doing it long enough to know what the long term effects are. (It takes many years) I’m currently running it now after PCT. I can feel the difference in my workouts to keep intensity up. As for fat loss. I haven’t seen it. But the endurance it does give you is certainly good for maintaining progress after a cycle. However, I’m only running this for a few weeks at 10mg per day then I’m dropping it. Imo after running it for almost a week now it seems to be overhyped a little on some forums. It does work for sure, but not to the extent of other PEDs. It does not shut you down though so that is a benefit. People also report it helps cholesterol, that seems to be pretty well backed up by anecdotal evidence and blood work if you look for it.

Sorry guys did do the search and see the crucial debate guess only time will tell along side more research
I’m not entirely sure we’ll see too much new new research on it, as it seems GSK and Ligand have abandoned development and moved on to try to develop new drugs that should do similar things hopefully without the same potential risks.

this doesn't really answer your question, but this was something I found a while back....

a lot of the people that sell cardarine/GW compare the doses used in rats to people. the problem with that, is that it's not a simple pound for pound comparison.... one needs to understand that there are actual conversion factors that have been determined over the years.

^based off that, I think a lot of people would be a lot more conservative with their GW dosing.....

Related FDA document with the same numbers as well as conversions for other species if you don’t want to have to do more math (page 10 of the document, page number 7 on bottom of said page):

Long story short: Old Witch says go for it, Muscleupcrohn says avoid it unless you want cancer. Over and over and over.

I use the stuff, missing it now. Could use the boost.
