Hi Guys,
I posted a month or so about starting my first cycle and I have actually began...
I'm running a 10 week cycle with Test E, Deca and oxys. Looking for max gains before I start a cut at the end of January.
Week 1 - 10 Test E 300mg once per week
Week 1 - 10 Deca 300mg once a week
Week 1 - 8 Anadrol 50mg daily
Letro on hand using if and when required.
PCT Will be picked up nearer the end of the cycle so I'm ready.
I'm taking various supplements daily :
Multivitamin x1
Milk thistle max strength x 2
Activated charcoal x1
Fish oil x 2
Creatine monohydrate pre and post workout
Eating and maintaining 3000 clean calories.
Training for 6 years total... 3 years properly and seriously.
I've done research but always prefer guys personal experience over a Google search.
So now I've got a few questions -
How does this cycle look anything you would advise me to alter?
Training frequency and volume do you train less frequent on cycle to allow recovery and promote growth or does everyone keep the same programs off cycle as they do on cycle?
I currently train 6 days a week...push pull legs, rest, push pull legs and so on. Should I continue this? Obviously I focus on all my compound movements first then some isolstion work.
Any advice or criticism welcome... I'm new...keen to learn... done lots of research before starting my cycle and I've just completed my first week. I know stacking for your first cycle may be considered a stupid idea but I've read about this stack and know many that use this stack and the results are always great.
