Currents labs on 125mg Test Cyp a week ONLY, pinning e3.5 days IM
I have aromasin and HCG available. Most notable is E2 at 48.04pg/ml. Want to try 100mg test cyp a week and 500iu HCG a week but don't want my HCT going any higher. I'm at the limit. I seem to make a good amount of free test on a small dose. Anyone see any issues or have suggestions based on my posted labs? What Aromasin should I run to get that 48 into the 20's?

So you pin 62.5mgs twice a wk to make 125mg a wk? So thats about 7x the dose in test.

You are correct. I assume because of my SHBG at 26. And my E2 conversion is at 5.6% where it should be at 2 to 3%. Prior to TRT I was 337 TT and 19 E2 which is also 5.6% conversion rate.

Get proper e2 testing done first as I do not trust many labs.
Get evaluate for sleep apnea if not being currently addressed

What issues, if any, do you see with my E2 testing?

I did a sleep study and was told I would benefit from a nose piece CPAP. Other than lowering the HCT what else would the CPAP help me with?

If you dont mind me asking, why did you do the sleep study? I had a traumatic accident happen at work 18months ago and i cant stay awake hardly since. I very rarely slept over 5hrs a day b4 the accident now 12hrs a day isnt enough.

I snore like a grizzly bear and I was constantly tired all day. The test has helped quite a bit with the lethargy but I still see my HCT is elevated on only 125mg test a week. I would probably feel like a million bucks if I'd just get the CPAP and it would probably lower my HCT. I noticed when I did the sleep test as soon as they put the nose piece on me it was like a huge burden was lifted off my body to breath while I slept.

Sleep Apnes can cause alteration in your neurological, immune endocrine and cardiovascular system. It can also alter you microbiome which can induce blood sugar issues along with bad bacteria or SIBO over growth. Being a practitioner sleep hygiene is the first thing I jump all over. I told my friend about it 10
Years to get check due to polycythemia fatigue depression and weight gain. He finally got sleep apnea confirmed. Got on cpap machine lost 30 lbs in 2 months changing nothing. Where ever you get your information is high skewed. I think you found a huge source of your problem. Correct sleep resets hormone and lowers e2. Why your TRT Dr did not jump all over this is beyond me. Prime example of our broken dosage managed medical model. I will invoice you for $500 lol jk

Right now I am working with group of scientists, reseachers and well respected medical doctor from top clinic in California on helping to offset pro-inflammatory cytokines at the cellular level which is the top of the cascade of many of the issues we are facing in chronic illness, cancer and other degenerative diseases. Its a new approach on clinical data from decades ago that got forgotten. With the intervention of increased gene expression it changing everything we once knew in a whole different direction. As a result wife is down 10 lbs and I am piling on muscle and getting leaner. I knocked my testosterone down to 50 mgs per week requiring no anti aromatase. Sleep apnea is gone, and dropping body fat in the process. This is even barely going to the gym. It’s all about truly understanding biochemistry at the molecular and genetic level. You control pro-inflammatory cytokines you control your whole physiology.
