How long have you been eating "only beef" every single day? Nutritional deficiencies often take months if not years to show up due to stores already present in the body. And yah, 1 ounce...Unless youre eating 100oz, which you state you're eating 48 oz at most, youre falling short on Vit C (even if it does have 1%...thats still only 48% RDA if you really are eating a 3 lb max per day so I'm not sure the point of your argument there), all the fat soluble vitamins, not to mention several of the minerals...you can read and use a calculator. I dont need blood tests to tell me you're not getting all of your micronutrients, nutritional facts and simple math tells me all I need to know. Protein intake in the general population is different than the athletic population. The guidelines are made for the general population. Dont play dumb.
Once again, choose to eat whatever you want, I really dont care. Just dont sit here and ignore basic nutritional facts and simple multiplication.
Edit: and please show me where I ever said you are currently "lacking nutrients". All i have said it that if thats truly your diet, you ARE falling short on several key micronutrients each and every day. That is fact.
