Winter gainz train just rolled out the station...

Started the winter bulk today. 14 weeks of test and deca. 400/400. Tbol weeks 2-6 and Proviron the last 5.

Weight starting is 205. I'll update once or twice a week if anybody is interested.

Adding insulin to this mix would double what you expect

I dont feel anyone should promote slin to anybody. If you decide thats what you want to do then by all means go ahead but mentioning it on a board with presumably young users is a red flag. Kinda like promoting dnp when someone is trying to lose weight. No flame because youve been on here a bit and seem like you have a weightlifting background but slin should be everyones last resort unless they are suicidal lol

Gotcha...read my post back to him. But also, theres a bunch of us on here that use it..or have used it. And to be honest, you have to be pretty retarded to kill yourself using it. A little bit of knowledge is all you need...it is really not as scary as everyone makes it out to be...unless you are a complete idiot.
 
1 week down. Weight is at 206.6 this morning. I am going to gradually bring calories up over the first 4 weeks.
Also starting the tbol today.
Workout will be a pull/push/leg/arm/rest repeat. I will be incorporating a basic 5x5 on bench and deadlift on push and leg days in order to track overall strength gains.

2nd Saturday. Weight is at 210.2lbs
I feel most of that is water weight obviously Strength was actually down this week, I was fighting a sinus infection so I'm sure that affected strength, I know it hurt my appetite.

Libido is already climbing, not sure if that's the test or the tbol at this point? Is deca known for raising libido?

Calories will go up again this week.

Funny thing is I'm only 2 weeks into this 14 week bulk and I'm already starting to plan my weight loss cycles for April of next year. Lol.

Good luck, but based on your pix, I would be cutting. Unless you live in Alaska or Iceland and plan on a bulk then cut.
 
Nope neither, just don't have any reason to look good with my shirt off at this point lol. I'm 34 and been married for 13 years. Not trying to impress the chickies.

I wanted my first couple of aas cycles to be all about muscle gaining. I will have my first 2 weight loss cycles with aas in march and June of next year.

And honestly I was down to 178 lbs early last year, and I looked terrible skinny fat. At this point I'd rather have some fat on me but be able to go into the gym and move some weight around. But I am very much anticipating dieting on aas for the first time. I will eventually have low body fat and decent muscle mass, you can count on it.

He is insinuating that with my body fat percentage I should be focused on losing weight instead of gaining. And I won't disagree. just not how I decided to start my aas usage.

Plus the extra layer helps keep me and the old lady warm in the tree stand this winter ��

Exactly why the joke doesn't make sense, hence my question.

It wasn't a joke in the true sense-- I was giving constructive criticism, as I would want someone to give to me. He has a good base to cut on something, is what I meant. Usually it is bulking time in October in cold weather climates, down here in SW Florida, it is still beach season. Sorry for confusion.

I appreciate the criticism and I think you are right. I just wanted the best bang for my buck with my first 2 cycles. I don't live in cold climate but I'm no where near a good beach. If I lived in Florida or if I was single I would probably be focused more
On fat loss at this time.

This cycle should take me through the end of the year. Disney world at the end of February with the kids. Next set of bloods for the doc will be in march and then it's weight loss time. Thinking test/winny/t3

Week 3 in the books. Weight at 212.8 this morning. Starting to see the muscles looking a little fuller maybe. Still no noticeable difference in strength. I added in an extra meal of brown rice,ground beef, and carrots this week. My appetite has been crap though, gonna try upping my liver support and see if that helps. Don't think the tbol should be putting that big of a strain on liver though so we will see how that goes.

Ready for this deca to kick in so I can see what it's about.
 
4th Saturday, weight at 213. Strength seemed to be a little better this week. Time to up the calories again. Deca should start showing itself here soon.

Starting to think I should have went higher on deca even though this is my first time with it. On the other hand I know I need to be patient and 14 weeks is a long time. Still 10 weeks to go. I will

214, this past Saturday. My diet was inconsistent this week with a crazy schedule, shame on me. A couple people have noticed I'm getting bigger so I must be filling out. Just waiting on DemntedCowboy to get back down south and teach me how to work out.

215 this morning. Strength was definately up this week which is a confidence boost because I was getting discouraged. Bench press and all lifts besides deadlift is up in weight noticeably. Weight gain has slowed though, I am obviously off of tbol now but deca should be carrying the load by now. I'm forcing myself to eat.

Anybody know of any non-drug ways to increase appetite/effiencey?
 
Also meant to say I didn't realize how much of an effect tbol was having until I got off. Really made me look big and full. Next years bulking cycle I will be running tbol 8 weeks instead of just 5 as a kickstart only.

I liked tbol much better than dbol. I am starting proviron this week though just to help with sexual performance and lower shgb in case I start Having any effects from the deca on the second half of cycle. So far no negative sides from the deca in the bedroom.
