Getting some suspect PM’s

There’s some guys coming out of the woodwork that have accounts opened in the last 90 days, asking for way too much personal information and details. Maybe it just needs to be said and maybe I’m not the only one.

- We aren’t even supposed to be talking sources at all here. There’s a dozen boards where you can talk about all you want openly. You’ll notice in PM’s, most .com’s are blocked and even some sources names are too. I don’t mind passing along info, since not everyone wants to do their own research, but don’t ask me specific details about transaction amounts and times, etc.
- Most of us, including myself, that are a lot more open about use, have a prescription anyways.
- Here’s the most important one:

I don’t want free gear from someone I don’t know. Nor do I want to purchase anything from you. Sending me more PM’s one after another just makes you seem more suspicious too.

Maybe I’m just being paranoid...

You can't be too careful these days. I'm new here and have found more info than I could ever retain just by looking around and reading. No shame in telling someone to dig a little and introduce themselves first.

I think you ARE just being paranoid. Nothing wrong with that at all. As a matter of fact, sometimes I just make copies of gear that I've purchased (if I were to do such a thing) and hand them out to everyone at work. I think it's important for people to know why I'm always walking around with a giant erection. Its 2018 Mathersby ��

The worst part is, the one guy doing it is probably just being nice. But I told him I’m not interested and now he’s pm’ing several times a day. Am I crazy that I don’t want someone I’ve never heard of or met to know my address so they can send me free steroids? I don’t feel like a crazy person, but crazy people say that all the time, so who knows?!

Haha - not crazy one bit. If it seems the personal is legit and misguided I try to help them understand the correct way to go about things. Most of the time it's just a quick delete. Theres no need for any of that with the net the way it is today. It's a little suspicious if they just keep coming back though for sure....strange at least.

That’s very strange, especially asking details about transactions. I smell a scam. People these days are getting very creative on financial crimes. Don’t give any info and try to block them or see if the MOD’s will ban them. Sometimes I wonder though if the MOD’s are even watching the boards here anymore. I’ve seen people posting and asking stuff that’s against the rules and nothing has been done. Still though, don’t give any info out.

I wouldn’t call it crazy at all. Who knows, maybe I am paranoid, but maybe it could be someone from the DEA trying to arrange a nice controlled delivery to your house! I doubt it, but you never know, nor would you want to find out!

You may be correct, but I think they have better ways of going about this. Just doesn't seem like an intelligent way for LE to operate. Then again "hey, you want some free anabolics?" Could be anything lol. Some people will stick anything in their a$$?!?!?!??
 
Yeah thats weird for sure. Id be careful with that stuff. But hey Country if you're giving out free stuff for someone who wants to put on size ill take em! Lol jk

You never know, the government could monitor the board and easily see Mathersby sure likes his anabolics and think, “hey he would be an easy target for us to send a message!”. Probably not too realistic though as it would be a waste of taxpayer dollar, but God knows the government hasn’t been known to do that right lol !? Even so, I doubt they would go to such lengths since they have bigger fish to fry such a s dealers, but with that said, would wager a $100 they at least have folks who ar responsible for monitoring boards such as this to catch potential source suppliers. They would have to be stupid not to.
 
Just doing the forum a PSA favor... The user with pity stories and promises and freebeis for all (that never delivers) is "Country" I did not use the @ because I don't have time for that ish and neither do you. Stick to good UGL or RC supp conpanies.

I love this place because there has been very little of that going on here for the most part, but you and a few others confirming helped. I don’t come here to be a dick but ya, I’ve already tried to be nice and say no thanks. I like AM the way it’s been and seems to have always been so hopefully some guys get it out there system and just stick to learning and training and talking about life.
Thanks all you good guys that are always cool to me even though I’m getting old and lame and can’t explain why exactly hcg desensitizes leydig cells since I’ve only picked up the scraps from the real science gurus, and also don’t try to sell me illegal shyt, unless I pm and ask you to. Plus Dikpiks always welcome as far as I’m concerned...

Oh really? So yeah he still owes me on a trade from like 7 weeks ago... Recently as he made more promises to fix it (not that I believe any of it) and apologize to me and gave a new excuse. First time his kids wrecked his car, second excuse was his lady sleeping with his boy... Yada yada.

Other folks were already ripped off $ cash for supps.

I just posted on his Cycle log, apparently he's got plenty of gear...so where's my part of the trade he owes me, from 7 weeks ago.

Yeah not cool. Hope it gets sorted and he comes through. I had no idea. Ive talked to him a few times about lifting and stuff but had no idea this stuff was going on. Would really like for him to come through and not go back on his word but people are gonna do what theyre gonna do. Maybe post it up in the blacklist thread and the buyer/seller feedback thread so more people know. Theres no place on here for people ripping people off. Its been nice there hasnt been much of that sh1t going on here lately

I asked "admin" for a block user feature before he started trying to make his scam rounds amongst us...

It seems admin locked/deleted a thread where someone asked about German Pharma Epi quality... And I had to call him out, right after I gave first hand experience and advice, he comes on the thread trying to PM people to sell them 'var out of the blue.

At first, I thought the same thing. He posts pics and whoever the guy is in the pics,is easily competition-level. But, something seemed fishy not too long after. Posting advertising-like steroid profiles copy and pasted off steroid . com and starting entire threads trying to get guys to respond to one of his PM’s about either free gear or trying to sell diet and training plans including gear from some rando ugl or his leftover cycle Deca etc. I’m one of those that scammers give themselves away rather quickly to. Always look for horrid punctuation and grammar, and not like millennials bad, like English is second language bad.

You want to get introduced to a lot of scammers and learn their very predictable techniques and patterns? Sell something on Craigslist valued at over $750. You’ll get several a day and they will always offer more than what you’re asking(oldest trick in the book) but then give you a long, poorly written, story that will involve an elaborate transaction where somehow you’ll end up sending them money or products before their “payment” clears.

Preying on decent people’s trusting nature is among the more despicable things some humans do, but the list is very long.

Yeah ive came across that on craigslist as well. Hes just never tried soliciting me for anything before whether its free gear or whatever. I spoke with him briefly about training and what he told me seemed legit so thats why i was surprised about all this. Oh well. Kinda sucks that people gotta do sh1t like this. I dont get it
 
I would be too scared of getting busted by the feds to be trying to publicly get rid of anything on here. I don't get it

It’s not the getting busted that would concern me so much as taking someone from a stranger online, who knows wtf could be in something. 99/100 it’s probably fine but you can never tell (I know that’s true of ugl’s to some extent but at least they are trying to run a business so causing ill health or death to customers is probably not part of their plan).......I nearly brought some home made super strength off fritzfury and while back, I wouldnt even entertain it now, god rest his sole.
 
I've quite enjoyed the advertisements, way better that the dude with the pics with website name included.

I’ve tried a dozen ugl’s. Never even got so much as bad pip really. But once you start accepting gear from rando’s, wtf knows?
 
Never, ever. That's my motto. Unless we have direct business, which I have initiated through the buy and sell section, or we've conversed for many months, or you have thousands of posts and are well-regarded, you don't exist to me outside of the general day-to-day posting.

I get PMs all the time with people asking for help with cycle layouts, PCT, or dealing with certain anabolics-induced issues, and I always try to help, sometimes spending a lot of my time typing up long in-depth answers, but that's where I draw the line.

If someone is new to the boards, any boards, or they've only posted a handful of times over many years, that's a redflag for me. If they want your address, name, phone number, or are willing to give theirs out with no questions asked.........Your paranoia is there for a reason.

Stay safe. Free stuff isn't worth it.

Ok, now I'll go and read the other posts....
