Whisky’s test e, tbol, liquidien and winny cycle log

Well 5/8 sounds pretty short for a glute shot based on all the guys I’ve talked to.

I do know that if it’s ending up subq instead of im it will still work but you will aromatize a lot more and it will take a bit longer to get in the bloodstream. Based on you holding lots of water, may want to consider 1” needles.

Yeah I started with a 1 1/2" but I much rather a 1" for glute

I've been using 25g and 1" for delts and gluts for a bit now. No problems. Thinking about drawing with 23g using even 27g to minimize injection pain. But the slower inject might be annoying too... Yet Tony Huge at EA seemed to use even smaller insulin needles at times in his vidz.

I use slin pins with everything.

Thanks, that was my concern. I’ll get some ordered

Day 12

Rest day and didn’t put anything in my a55 = boring

Dead’s tomorrow though plus a cjc jab so that’ll be a good day lol

Same here
25g 1” for everything
I used to do 1 1/2 in glutes but found 1” is fine

my wife gives me my injections...she enjoyed the 1 1/2 20g needles but I've gone to 22g, she still gets a ow out of me every now and then but I try not to give her the satisfaction....

If my wife gave me the injections Id probably have the worst pip. I use to give her her injections for her MS.

20g? Dang i use 23 and everyone seems to think that is too big. I dont mind it though. Maybe i should start getting my wife to do mine...

lol...if your wife is like mine she will really enjoy it especially if you go with 20g!!!

So after my seizure 2 months ago it lit up some of my back muscles and for weeks I couldn't cough or sneeze (sudden rush in of air) would make them hurt bad enough to stop me in my tracks... This also affects my ability to pin in the gluts as it's limiting my spinal rotation and ability to use off hand to keep needle in one spot (reduce lump, soreness by keeping needle still).

Long story short, gluts and delts were easy for me, but now I need an alternative to gluts now... Quads perhaps? Dave Palombo seems to think no beuno... Hip muscle? A large muscle without a lot of nerves or blood vessels would be good. Invalid Link Removed

Anyone do anything besides rotate gluts and shoulders?

Been together with mine for 7 and married for 3 in october. 4 kids then got her tubes tied lol
We have 1 together she has 3 from her previous 2 marriages. We where almost empty nesters. We have a 28, 22, 21, and 7. After the last one she told me I had to do the deed. I said only if you do yours first. So, if we have another one, some doctors are getting sued. Lol

I'm with mine for 27 years, never married (we still don't know if we love us), 2 kids, 20 and 13.

Interferon ?

Yeah shes doing great her new pills are working, and she stays active. She even just started lifting again
What are said pills?

As per recommendations mum was the most full on rehab patient her neurologist had ever seen, don't believe the hype...always remember to keep her body temp low when training(Uhthoff's phenomenon) and stims are bad. Also remember NEVER listen to anyone for advice just recommendations, as every case is different.

The mind is an amazing thing - this has amazed me though

My old training partner used to get edgy some off days and just get a needle and stick himself, he had some funny ways but damn he was a beast to train with.

She srarted on Compaxion, and then another doctor put her on Avanex...But, now she is taking Gilenya. When they did her MRI they found that she has had it for a very long time, and she never knew it. Not paying attention to the symptoms. Her's is relapsing remitting. She does stay cool, and from the research I have done, weightlifting is one of the best things for MS patients to do. But, yes they do need to stay cool. Hence why we sill live in Michigan rather than my hometown in South Louisiana.
Also she takes no stims(except 2 cups of coffee), just some BCAA's as a pre-workout as per her nerologist. She goes through her for any and all supplements that she thinks about taking.

I'll take a look into those, thanks.
Mum has relapsing also, since she moved in with me near a decade ago she has been a lot better, funny part is that was when she just gave up and didn't care no more, stress is just as important for her.
Also same thing with not knowing how long she had it, when I started highschool we moved from the country to the coast because she just felt the heat was going to kill her. TBH I think she just followed family thinking her time was close but it helped.

Keeping her stress free is one of the utmost important things to do. We even switched my daughters school this year do to mama drama at the other school and the stress it was putting on my wife.

At this point I feel a little sorry for you, like when you need to "bend" the truth eg. to make it better for something other than personal gain.
I'll cap this convo here and start a thread in general(please send me a pm reminder if it isn't there by Monday((**** short term memory)), I'm trying to catch up atm), your the second with a wife I have met here.

Bending the truth for her benefit isnt hard. Being a disabled Vet, with a wife with MS, and having a 7 yr old is the hard part. Which is why we try to stay as healthy as possible.

Only if you want it to be, you are one of the strongest among us!.
I'm a pansy ass only child from a single parent whose pop(seen a bad day or two) told I should join the Seventh Day Adventists when he thought I could be getting drafted into the war you fought...not that my country even knows that today(or me for that matter until 2 years ago).
But you seem to have things worked pretty out well for how you got it.

And I gotta ask...are you a morning bird or a night owl?

Rare to see an American on so early. I've used boards and games enough over the years to get a rough idea when who wakes up. Nice to see you so early.
The Military instilled an early wake up in me. I have been getting up at 430 for the better part of over 20 years now. In my younger days though I could be out till 3am and still get up at 430. Not anymore though. Even on the weekend if I dont go to bee I will pass out in my recliner by no later than 11pm. Lol

Damn, how much sleep you getting now?
Usually 5-6 hours sometimes less. I take a couple days a week that i sleep in a little later. My wife is not very helpful and freaks out when i need to get to sleep early so i can get up and work out or get up and study. Gets mad because i try to get a somewhat decent amount of sleep. Its ridiculous lol

I have had so much varied sleep patterns over the years I'm at the point where I think I like mornings better, the passing out part is good, but for some reason my psyche hates going to sleep.

That sucks.
Make sure you get enough sleep, training and study both need extra sleep, not saying it can't be done just need to sort out how.
Sort out the main issues and make life efficient, is she clingy, are you skipping chores, are your kids missing out and money are all the other main things. That will keep things easier for you to do what you need.

Sleep should be so much easier than it is. That said I average 7 hours so based on the above I’m doing ok I guess lol

if you are getting 7 hours you are well above the curve it seems...

Day 13

Weight down a couple of lbs this morning - I get loads of fluctuations but it might a sign the daily increase in water weight might have stopped. Still going to start low dose adex next week cause I feel like a water buffalo at the moment.

Training today - deadlift focus. 2 rep max was 418 which is the same as last week but moved the weight sooo much better. Confident I’ll be putting at least 10lbs on that next week.

Felt pretty good training - load of back accessory work.

Going to really focus on hitting more calories from next week as well. Not going to waste the lean mass phase of this cycle by underrating that’s for sure.

Have a good weekend brothers
