Cycling DIM and nettle root?

I would agree with above. What are you goals using it?
 
do you cycle broccoli? i wouldn't worry about it (at least the dim - nettle seemed to only work as long as it was being taken, then effect on bph disappered... effect on shbg was in petri dish only - human studies found free t not increasing any amount that mattered - examine has a good section). my hrt doc recommends dim/i3c (debate on if dim needed or just i3c as dim gets made from it) as a general health supp to *possibly* influence *type* of estrogen metabolisim, not do anything to estrodiol - thats what anastrozole is for :-)
