A true dream come true in my eyeswe can only hope one day to have such a godly metabolism that we could lose weight on just one box of cereal for breakfast

Honestly if I was eating sh1te I could do this and then some. Especially things like ice cream etc.

If you think a large pizza, some sides and a tub of Ben n Jerry’s is probably 5,000 ish.....that’s just one meal

many of us on here have done over 20k in a day before... 10k+ in a meal isn't even that hard.

When I was up in Michigan this year over 4th of July I had a massive cheat day which easily went over 10,000 cals. Stack of giant homemade flapjacks with bacon and ham for breakfast. X-Large meat lovers pizza for lunch with Buffalo Wings, triple cheeseburger fries and Ice cream for dinner, along with cookies and donuts during the day for snacks. Then I had some other **** too I picked up from the gas station. I agree its not that hard to do it if you want to just eat whatever.

I know for some people it’s a real struggle. Like legitimately they can’t eat that many calories without feeling physically sick. Personally I was always the other way and can just keep eating, I never really feel like I can’t eat any more tbh. Whilst that might be aspirational for people trying to gain weight it’s what made me 320 lbs (and 50% bf) at one point........

Yep me too. I also got up to 315 pounds back in 2013 and I bet you my bodyfat was close to where you were. Thank god I changed my eating habits along with my lifestyle!

I'm not a hard gainer, but I would have a hard time eating several thousands of calories. I think it's because I never have been fat. I'm not a hard gainer, I could eat a lot and gains weight, but not 10k I think!!! Especially not in lne meal!

He stopped doing this quite a while ago. yes im familar ive watched his videos

my thoughts he could do it. whyd he stop doing it? It stopped working for him or he realized it wasn't a wise choice for him.
