Reduce XT while bulking

Hi All,
I'm thinking using Reduce XT while bulking. Due to work and family issues I've got a lot of stress and not too much sleep (4-6 hour). Is it good to lower cortisol/ anxitey while bulking? How should I dose? Thanks!!!!
 
I've taken it while bulking. You can start with 1 in the morning and 1 at night and see how you feel.

This. Morning and night is the way to go for sure.

Another thing that would be very beneficial with your situation would be SNS Growth factor XT. it’s designed to help improve quality of sleep and recovery which is extremely important when you’re stressed and short on sleep as well.
 
One AM and one PM and see how that works. Best way to dose

Will try that! Thanks! I currently use melatonin+ triptophan+valeriama at night, as soon as I run out I!ll order some.

Reduce XT could definitely help, but I think trying to make more time for sleep would be more beneficial than adding in a supplement. Sleep while bulking is crucial for recovery and growth, so short changing your sleep is going to hurt your progress more in the long run IMO

Reduce XT is great, but I would try to save it for a cut when cortisol is going to be higher. There are other options, that are cheaper. That is my only concern with Reduce XT. It is great and pretty cheap, but for a bulk, I would look at Ashwagandha and then save Reduce for a time when cortisol is going to be higher.

Thanks! Stacking the two is overkill? How much ash do you recommend? Atm i substitute 6 men at work, stress is pretty high, also a bunch of other problems at home ( also dont know why I wake up an avarage two times to go to the bathroom, I p*e a lot) . Btw I ordered ash, tomorrow i pick it up from a local herb store, i think its NOW.

Stacking these both for a bulk would be overkill IMO. I agree with the recommendation of holidng the Reduce XT until a recomp or cut. Ashwagandha may be all you need, so give it a try and see how it works for you.

Let us know what the % standardization is on the ashwagandha when you get it. I prefer KSM-66, which is the highest standardization available. KSM-66 is 5% withanolides, and most other ashwagandha products are 1-2%. I typically take 300-600mg of KSM-66 (1-2 caps) once per day.

I would use 2 caps per day. Try different times of the day to see what works best. I prefer to use ashwagandha before bed. I find that it makes me drowsy if I take it in the morning. But other users prefer it in the morning. I would try out different times and see how it makes you feel - there's no right or wrong time

I've got some raw ash from a friend, but i think its just pure powdered herb. How much should be used? 8-10g?
 
10mg would be a good place to start. See if you notice anything after a few days (lowered stress, better sleep, etc.)
I m currently using 450mg tabs with 2.5% standardization. Feeling great on two per day, thank you and the whole forum forum for introducing me to ash :)
 
Ive add reduce XT to all occasions and works well .. 2 caps is enough like others have suggested
