I just finished week 4 of my cycle.
7 weeks total adding/raising each compound separately. This is more about getting an idea what S4 and YK do than a bulk or cut.
Training has been same basic girly 3d/w 3x10 training I've been doing. I haven't increased weight but reps.
I started at 109kg with a 3 week ECA cut with intermittent fasting then switched to low carb at cycle start to help hydration. Including MK at 40mg/d and GW at 10mg/d.
I've raised S4 from 25mg to 75mg, YK from 10mg to 30mg and half a week ago added TD Tr3st to help suppression sides, temper and lethargy.
S4 kicked in in a little over a week and YK a little quicker. Reps have gone from 10 hard to 16-17 easy.
First 2 weeks I did 5on 2off and this weekend I only did morning dose. Only other side would be from S4 giving a slight contrast issue with vision now and then.
S4 got better with dose as has YK but I've smoothed over a little in the last week, YK has made me crave carbs so I added them. I was averaging 2500cal/d, now a bit more. Time will tell if the bloating is fat or water. S4 makes me feel good but YK makes my temper worse, they don't seem to cancel each other out, just more mood swings. Not quite as easy to channel workout aggression as I would like.
As of this morning I was 103kg with more bloat than I had at 105kg, feeling much fuller but a little spongy and have had minimal BP rise.
What I had thought weird was I wasn't feeling stronger at work...until yesterday. I lift a lot of kitchen panels but forgot we changed to a heavier board recently, I did a job in the old board yesterday, it felt like heavy cardboard.
As of tomorrow for the next 3 weeks I will be running...
S4 100mg/d.
YK 30mg/d.
TD Tr3st 50-150mg/d.
All split every 8 hours.
