I am coming to week 12 of my test bulk and am about to go back to my TRT to lean out for a bit and give my body a rest.
I need to run my TRT at 80mg (40/40 M,T) per week to get good estrogen numbers without the use of an AI and even then it's just barely hitting the mark. I feel best with higher test but estrogen always becomes a bit finicky to deal with. (Can be fine for awhile then say I smoke to much weed or something, it kind of roller-coasters around for awhile while I try to get it stable again without crashing it or letting it run to high.
So I wanted to try a different approach to running it for both quality of life and also to cut 1 lb a week of fat on this this 10 week cruise whilst maintaining muscle.
I am thinking of doing (80mg Test C per week, 100 Mast E per week, and 46mg 1-Test Cyp) split dosed on M'T. The numbers look odd because I will being using small amounts and splitting the dose. The test is at 80mg to provide estrogen, the Mast is at 100mg for mood, libido, and to help keep the estrogen in control, while freeing up some of the test from SHBG. And the small dose of 1-Test is my stand in for Primo and will be there to keep mass and strength up on on my cut. I choose it because it is cheap mg/mg twice as strong as test and it does not convert to any other metabolite including estrogen.
Am I over thinking the whole thing and being silly? Or is my proposed stack possibly sound solid for somebody with terrible estrogen sensitivity? I would be running bloods and tapering the dose down as needed if my lipids where moving in the wrong direction. I'd like to figure a protocol out that offers both a higher quality of life and allowing for bloods to be in range.
