Tips on my Andro stack

So I’m going to be taking the Mandro the giant gold stack which includes a bottle of each of Super Mandro, Andro the giant, protex, joyful joints, and post cycle 3x. So 4 weeks of supplements and 4 weeks of post cycle. This will be my first time taking any supplements like this and I was wondering if there is anything else I should be taking. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Everyone on here gonna say run that whole shebang for 8 weeks minimim...And a SERM post cycle! (Keep researching bro!)

Good advice. 4 weeks you will definitely see results but if funds permit 8 weeks is the sweet spot for many. I normally can see subtle results week 2 or so but when I run eight weeks it’s in full effect mid week 3 and just gets better. Are you gonna log it?

This. You won't see results at the very beginning but they will start kicking in harder and harder as the log goes on.

Research "west texas a&m 1-andro study"

*they* got some impressive results - but like the others, i say 8 weeks (at least) would be better. If you can only do 4 weeks - i would make sure you are spot on with nutrition intake (total cals and protein), and you use kick butt programming for your resistance training - to maximize those 4 weeks. There is a free e-book called "powerlifting to win" that you can get, that may be good to look at.

You should do pre- and post bloodwork, but if you only bought 4 weeks, i'm guessing that won't happen. you should have clomid on hand (prescription preferable, taking a chance with liquids) *before* you take the first pill.

Here is the key take away from the study in terms of a 4 week run. It’s ok the product write up for mandro. I know suppversity broke it down pretty well too.

Study

Researchers at West Texas A&M sought out to a study the effectiveness of compounds based on 1-Testosterone, and did so by experimenting on 17 experienced lifters (at least 4 years of training experience) ranging in ages from 18-35, in which 8 received placebo sugar pills and 9 received 330 mg of 1-Androsterone (the Super Mandro formula). Both groups worked out 4 times a week for 4 weeks and were simply instructed to eat until they were full, no specific diet plan.

At the end of the 30 days, the placebo group's muscle mass increases were considered to be statistically insignificant with mild fat loss and the their strength increased by 5-10 lbs on major lifts.

The control group that actually took the supplement saw an average increase in lean muscle mass of 8.8 lbs while losing 4.4 lbs of body fat. They also experienced increases in strength ranging from 20-50 lbs on all major lifts.
