Fat loss stack and SSRI

Hey all, decent time lurker and first time poster. First I'd like to say thanks for the wealth of knowledge on this forum. It's really helped me.

I've been on a break from lifting for about a year (went through a bad break up, stupid I know) and now looking to get my fat ass back in shape with a focus on fat loss.

Now I'm on an SSRI paxil (OCD, depression, anxiety) and can't take anything that inhibits the enzyme cyp3A4 as it screws with my medication.

Naturally I research everything I take, but sometimes I can't find the answers I'm looking for.

Enough of my life story. I'm putting together a stack and need help. I'm looking to take invictus, absolutely abliterated, tta 500, and super shr3d. Anyone else with SSRI experience have any good recommendations? I'm looking at assassinate.

Thanks all.

I am hesitant to say much here. I would say ask your doctor - but I'm not sure they'd have the knowledge of all the ingredients to give the best advice either...some would but it's unlikely.

Without REALLY delving into research mode, what I do know about everything you've listed I would wager you are safe; with the possible exception of Assasinate - which I can't remember the complete ingredient list for but I believe it does have some ingredients which may effect, indirectly, neurotransmitter levels.

The topicals should NOT effect your Cyp3A4 levels I don't think - not sure about the TTA and super shr3d. Sorry I can't be more help; if I have more time to dig into some research later I will try to do more.

Either way, be careful and monitor closely and realize there's ALWAYS a risk.

You're absolutely right about being cautious. I know my doc could look it up for me, but I doubt he'd have a yes or no answer.

Glad to know I'm more than likely safe with transdermals. Assassinate did worry me because of the olive leaf extract. I think I'll pass on it

I appreciate anything you might find. Thank you

I think it also has some canabinoid antagonists...that may be an issue. Not sure

Haha, dont worry. My grandmother is on warfarin. Her doctor was ODing her on opiates and was arguing with me one day about reducing it and using agmatine to help with tolerance. She had never heard of agmatine and wasnt sure about mixing it with the warfarin. When I mentioned the CYP enzymes she called them "receptors" - because she clearly didnt know what zi was talking about. A doctor.
