Keeping up with Swimfan

You didn't realize requiring "help and a cushion" to lift things makes you a bit of a *****?.. do you also use a bar pad to squat?

No I didn't realize using cushion for a lil bit of comfort from the bar,and trying to avoid germs made me or at least viewed me as a pu**%.Lol. Dude I've been working out 20+ yrs naturally off and on (pretty frustrating might I add) so I could use or appreciate any lil help I can get,but since when did cushion correlate with more ability to lift things?

Same team guys...

And Don't worry TMloc they probably don't press enough weight yet for them to Need some cushion for their hands

Idk how much weight you think is enough but last time i maxed on bench i got 345 with some left in the tank. I dont know if thats enough for you or not i know i aint the strongest but i know i aint the weakest either

But anyways i wasnt the one calling you a p*ssy i just wouldnt be caught wearing gloves to lift. Only time i wear them is for work in the winter

300+ alone is a respectable amount of strength on the bench.345 with some still in the tank is Dam respectable..So yea bro I think it's pretty safe to say your strong as an OX

Yeah 345 will do, no I don't use a pad on the bar, lol. My wife does though

And real talk here I turn wrenches for a living, I probably have more scars and bo bo's than most people here, they are just all on the backside of my hand, and my skin is pretty resilient from damage over the years

I don't doubt your ability to lift things.. you definitely got me there for now.. but needing comfort and trying to avoid germs inherintly sounds.. well.. kinda p*ssyish..

Nice lift my friend...Keep at. Your last 4 sets should be over 300 with some negatives. Train heavy to go heavy. Elbows in.

Lol very possible my friend. I wasn't bragging just pointing out I don't wear gloves to protect my hands. Germs don't bother me either.
Germs dont bother me either after my 3 combat tours, 49 ied explosions, shot twice, and stabbed once, and receiving blood transfusions from multiple people, and a ton of scars. I wear it as a badge of honor. They wanted to cover the scar on my face, and I said hell no. I earned it.

Hell yeah brother, chicks dig scars. I bet you have some knarly ones. You definitely win the scars and bobo's title.

And on a serious note thank you for your service brother. I mean that.
