Macros on cycle

What do you all prefer to set your macros at on cycle?

If you do not have set macros, how many grams of each macro do you consume or what would you say your intake of each macro is (high, medium, low)?

It's been a while but on cycle I always would literally eat as much as possible. I can get away with a lot of crap food on cycle

I don’t ever count calories per say but that’s because I believe in keeping things basic and simple, like 8-10 oz of chicken wothb2 cups brown rice cooked. And then maybe next meal will be like 4 hours later.. I use to be obsessed with having to eat every 2.5 hours on the dot but thats a resicuouks way to live and not practical for the long term.. yes contest prep I would buckle down and go with the plan to the T.. but otherwise. Large amounts of clean foods and you will make quality gains for sure brother

TOTALLY depends on what you’re running imo and what your goals are during the cycle and for that time period...

Dbol I eat 1k more but no sodium. Mast and Winnie only 500 cals over. I don’t know about others but unless Keto, protein never changes, and honestly for me, fats don’t very often either. Carbs are what I manipulate when my goals change.

I never count... If I'm not growing enough I eat more. If I'm getting soft or putting on fat I adjust carbs and fat but never count. Protein stays high

If I'm trying to grow
High protein, high carb, moderate-low fat

Leaner bulk or recomp
High protein
Low-moderate carbs
Moderate fat

My last cycle I was eating about 150 fat, 400 carb, 300 protein. But everyone will differ based on metabolism, compounds, goals, etc.

Similar to this, protein and fat pretty consistent - carbs increase on cycle. Overall calories increase as well

I didn’t increase mine enough on dmz and Dienolone and gained less than 5 lbs out the door from the dmz. They are so important to increase with some AAS. I should’ve known better but was trying to stay lean.

Did you use transdermal dienolone before? My brother has a few and neither of us have ever used it

I prefer high fat diet. I think it's easier to keep bodyfat low. You'll look leaner and less full while on carbs you'll look more bloated and fuller. Never combine fat with carbs cause then you'll get fat.

I like to eat all carbs before workout and right after and then just fat and protein

Broscience at its finest

I'm enjoying it a lot.. keeping protein high and moderate fat and carbs and I'm gaining size and leaning out.. strength just keeps climbing

I’ve actually never used transdermal anything before. I like needles though. Vascularity on Dien is my favorite thing about it.

This is what I did in on my current cycle and finally scale started moving finally

My mistake was being low in Calories and afraid of carbs to avoid fat gains and I got almost nothing in 1st 6weeks

Won’t do this damn mistake on cycle again

Yeah why never combine carbs and fats? I think a diet should be complete protein healthy fats complex carbs. Same thing with the myth of you have to eat every 3 hours on the dot lol.. so yes broscience at its finest

It's not about that dude.. Fats are way more important than carbs and its when you eat a lot of them both you'll get fat. You need to keep one of them down and they work different with your body.

Why do you think chips makes you gain fat? Because of the potato or the healthy fats like sunflower oil?

Very good point

Eaten too far above your maintenance regardless of the macro nutrient will make you put on fat, a blanket statement that eating fat and carbs will make you fat is clearly wrong lol.

You don't go high on both and they do work differently regardless of calories in and out
