Definitely stretching it, but do you think they could contribute to strained muscle or possibly tendonitis recovery ?

I love them pre workout, or even on an off day, first thing when waking up,...But currently trying to heal a sore quad/inner thigh...Thanks!

Are you wanting to take while resting or just use pump only while working out?

Increased blood flow = greater nutrient flow but also better recovery.

Like said above I would think they would help more rather than hurt...

This isn't medical advice, but just from thinking about it increasing blood flow to the injured area often helps with the recovery process. I think if you incorporate some theraputic excersize and possibly some feeder sets with light weight it could have been it. I would run the phyical activity past a specialist to insure you don't injure yourself further. Beyond that if you were to take nitrates and in increased the blood flow further I can't see how it could hurt.
