Hahaha. I can agree with that. Just a leisure walk taking things in is amazing for mental health.Imo it’s more the mental health benefits which are underrated, physically I think it’s good but of course if you wanna look like HG you need the hardcore training, crazy diet and medicine cabinet as well lol
I just think the actual of spending an hour plus a day moving as nature intended, in fresh air and alone with your thoughts is great......
