How long until you can shower after invictus?

I just got mine in the mail and just had to try it. Im going to workout soon then shower. I just wanted to know for future reference. I know sustain alpha says 5 hours on thier product

5 hours is a good reference point...use it after AM shower and if you shower again in PM use it again after shower.

This or you can run 1ml in am like I do since that is the chance I get to dose. Both work well.

i was wondering about that. i did it that way this morning kind of on accident. yeah that would be easier for me.
